And who was doing the filming? It was a guys voice.

Its evident that CL lied in the divorce affidavit. Saying they haven't lived together since Aug. Wonder if that is why she filed the divorce Pro Se. It was filed electronically not long after the court page was up dated that she had an attorney on the Theft by receiving charge. JMHO but that was stupid lol

I remember the pic of the truck and the big guy to the left of the tailgate . Tailgate was down ... A woman sitting on it.
The IG account of the witness that pulled him out if mud is still up I believe so I'll double check later but I recall him saying it was a silver ford fusion he pulled out of the mud.
Somewhere in the beginning of this we were looking for a grey truck and silver ford fusion and that was the thing that made my heart race when he described that car.

Okay back to work for me. Wish I was a LE investigator! I need to change professions. Lol

At least LE has access to evidence. We don't have much to go on except hearsay, speculation and what MSM we have seen. So yeah, we're pretty much SOL in the sleuthing department. :/ *groan*
And the sad part? I don't think anyone will EVER get the whole truth and nothing but the truth from AL!!!

That doesn't count because he had came back. I do believe that even if she had filed while she was separated and he had returned to live there before the divorce was finalized, she would have had to start all over. They were living together when Beverly was kidnapped. The petition is therefore a lie.

I can't recall. Is that something NJ said CL told her or was it something NoJustice figured out on her own or had personal knowledge of?

(Asking out of curiosity, not skepticism, NJ. I went back & read all the posts I missed on the last thread. I was a bit judgmental in my earlier posts.)

I told a member of LE today that I'm an armchair detective and he told me I should apply for the internet investigations division. How cool would that be?! Lol

Was this divorce petition filed right after her ex filed for custody? I think she was trying to distance herself from AL to try not to lose custody.

K. Is there such thing as spouse privilege in a capital murder case? And if so, that divorce will be final before this trial starts and she wont be a spouse. They can subpoena her to testify if they need her.She can plead the 5th on stuff that may incriminate her. So why would they even want to get her a deal for her testimony?

I started reading mid thru thread 4 trying to catch up. NJ said CL was driving, and a neighbor was filming. I just read that a few ago lol

It won't be final if she doesn't pursue it from jail. He has to be served, he has 30 days to file an answer, then she has to request a court date for the final hearing. Will be interesting to see how this plays out .

Very interesting. If they are partners in crime, the timing of this divorce filing may be a bad thing. Which one will squeal like a pig first? My moneys on CL.When they arrested him but not her she thought it would be a good time to get out. But then, he may want revenge and squeal first.

yes, I just read that a few ago. Then she let him move back in when he got the job at the cement company - and after he got
fired he wouldn't move back out. In Arkansas you have to be separated 30 days and have a witness come and swear under oath that what is stated in order is true. (I have served as a witness before).
