I got the PDF lol What odd is if you take everything off back up to the dot com, that link is a Real Estate news thing. Or what I got from it. OK< someone else I sure has seen it but I was excited~

I feel like CH4 will stream it if it did before,< this the one that interviewed AL in Prison so they may try! if so here link to their site http://www.arkansasmatters.com/home and Ch 11 in case they do http://www.thv11.com/ I would not be surprised if the Pros request a gag order tomorrow or for the records to stay sealed. Would that order carry over from the District Court? I was wondering since they issued new arrest warrants for the Formal Charges.


I think they will be physically brought to the court house and there will be media attention. I believe court is public and anyone can go watch.

The only paid site I know of for court documents is for Federal Court and is www.pacer.com.

Doesn't that cost money? I think I tried to look at some things after you posted them here about another case and it wants you to get a paid account to view them.

13407 Old River Drive is 1/2 mile from the house Beverly was taken from. It is listed by Crye-Leike.

ETA: IF AL requested to see both homes this might make some sense. This could've been one of BC's listings at the time, or could've been referred from the other realtor since BC lived in that area?
Another possibility...AL, "Oh, it's just down the road, hop in my vehicle since I'm parked behind you?" Don't think they were ever at the other house but just drove on by.


Ok this just triggered (another!) idea.... An old real estate trick comes to mind and may help make some sense of the multiple showings.

1) Realtors stand to earn double commission selling their own listings, always a perk. Just selling your client's listing alone is also preferable to having a buyer choose another agents' listing. So bear in mind Beverly allegedly believes she has a cash buyer on hand. Let's say AL called on the EMPTY foreclosing house to conduct his crime best, Beverly's natural response is going to be "Well OK but I have another equally lovely one just down the road that you should see also" to push her own listing. He may have only called on the crime scene house.

2). The old trick I'm referring to is when you really want a buyer to fall in love with a particular house, in this case a listing with her company or her own seller, you show the less impressive property or properties first and close with your property so the buyers are more impressed with it. In doing all-day showings, some Realtors will schedule a few real dogs, awful homes in same price range, just before the one they really hope to sell (usually their own listing or sometimes just the one offering the best commission to buyers agent) So weary buyers walk into that last home that shines after seeing the last several bad ones.

Maybe not relevant... but as a Realtor I think Beverly added the other Old River showing on to the list, not AL. IMO!

Cross posted! No I don't know about the other house but that's curious. Wonder if it was a foreclosure, empty house too. I'm confused why they would even need to book more than one house showing for this caper... unless it was a way to buy more time from her family and anyone waiting for her - they would then expect her back later. Maybe there was no real intention to ever see the other house(s). Then again, that might be giving AL more pre-planning credit than he deserves....

I have NO IDEA who she was suppose to be showing the other house to or what time she was showing it. AL possibly had nothing to do with the other showing. I just ASSUME her husband saw her car at the 14202 address, which by Google, would be first of the 2 he would pass, coming from the Upper Steel Bend Rd where the Carters live. That's why i wonder also did he go down the road a little and look at the 2nd home? It is def a Crye Leike listing has been for I think since July. (the 13407 Old River Dr) I remb looking at it back in Sept, and iirc it was a BC listing. All her listings now are changed or to me it looks like. Does anyone know how to look at something like that cached?

You would need to be a member of the local real estate board and search on that particular MLS system and search under property "history" ....and they show a list of all previous listings, agents and information about the listing. It's easy to do but not open to public - at least in the case here and I believe that's the standard all over. So any realtors there should be able to find out easily.

It was previously listed by BC. It also looks more like a place a man might be interested in as a cash buyer. A lot cheaper than the larger home too. Maybe they started out at this house?

Some of this stuff I havent seen. Ya all are on a role today. Keep digging. lol I am curious also about what happened that a few minutes later they started roping off the house and treating it as a crime scene. I dont think I ever seen a husband or LE move so quickly in any other case.

AL became a suspect almost immediately also. Thats why I think it had to do with something going to icloud from Bevs phone and syncing onto her ipad.

You can register on VineLink https://www.vinelink.com/vinelink/initSearchForm.do?searchType=offender&siteId=4999 to receive phone or email alert anytime the offender is moved, whether to court or whatever. I have always rec'd on AL since he was first arrested. Haven't as of yet. Possible later this evening. If its an in person, I have a friend who works at the County Jail and he says they bring them down from the prison the night before. I have gotten "out to court" messages on other cases I followed. So we shall see ;) if I get a notification, I will post.

It's a not very nice small one bedroom "cabin" or cottage like fixer that was listed with her ( didn't catch the date on the video), but is currently listed with the VP of Crye-like. There would be some company incentive to show that if it was listed with him, the VP of her firm, at the time. Not sure who had it on that date. BUT... It has no bearing whatsoever to the other Old River Rd listing. The same buyer wouldn't likely even be looking at those two together in most cases, unless you had someone looking for a fixer investment property and a new home to live in... Confusing.

Yeah but it's red flaggy to me. You just don't get a buyer asking to see 2 such different homes in one showing. Like I said, if you have a super wealthy investor/ developer client who is simply seeking a batch of flippers to redo and resell, then maybe it would make some sense.... But I can't imagine AL being able to pull off that kind of role, even on a quick phone call - after seeing, hearing and reading him. The developers who buy multiple properties tend to be pretty savvy, sophisticated, deep pocket guys. Not 33 yr old, shirtless, unemployed ex-cons. As a Realtor, I find this new detail confusing, these 2 houses.

I'm thinking this listing would've been more up AL's alley as far as trying to be a legit cash buyer. That and the fact it is furnished could mean possibly going back at a later date to steal furnishings and sell? Idk, it just has always bugged me that Carl said she was supposed to show 2 homes that evening to a cash buyer, but I never knew until today where that listing was located and now listed on the police report.

jstanokiegal, do we know who had the listing on the day of the showings? The Crye-like VP guy or BC? I see BC had it in July but was it hers in Sept too I wonder?
