Either way, I'm thinking most likely scenario: AL called on the REO empty house (for his needs) and she added on the little fixer down the street, listed with her company (for her needs) -to show him the potential, how it could be improved, added on to, and made as nice as the bigger more expensive foreclosure home for less money invested. Probably intended to show it secondly. What we don't know is if they maybe saw it first or never got there.

jstanokiegal, do we know who had the listing on the day of the showings? The Crye-like VP guy or BC? I see BC had it in July but was it hers in Sept too I wonder?
I would think Beverly did since it was originally listed with her and close to where she lived. It has her website link on the youtube video. Possibly it was relisted with the other realtor after BC went missing or when her website was shut down. Also, AL did buy another property with cash and it was a fixer upper. He had pics on his FB of the place plus odd findings he found while fixing it up.

Some of this stuff I havent seen. Ya all are on a role today. Keep digging. lol I am curious also about what happened that a few minutes later they started roping off the house and treating it as a crime scene. I dont think I ever seen a husband or LE move so quickly in any other case.

This is what happens when I have a rare day off from working! OCD on the websleuths... ;)

BC had the Listing, prior to this VP guy. I saw it with her name on it. Before AL ever wrecked lol

The hubby was hungry, he was expecting her to bring supper home, but she never showed. (My hubby expecting supper would've called at 7:30 and came looking at 8! ;) )
On the other hand, my hubby could not have told anyone what I was wearing if he had been with me all day. I say kudos to CC!

Me too... does anyone have the text times handy and we could fit it into the times from that police report? I have something else lol that I might get in trouble for saying or asking...
CC last talked to her at 5:30. Texts and unanswered calls from the other realtor were between 7 and 7:30. Texts received by CC after 1 a.m.

I am not seeing where CL and AL are to appear in court tomorrow. Looking at the Clerk's site, CL had a video hearing set for Dec. 1, but looking down the list of what's happened on that clerk site it says on 11/26/2014 at 10:49 AM EVENT CANCELLED

There are no events scheduled on the latest charges that show both AL and CL together. The last thing shown is that warrants were issued for both.

Reason I was asking if anyone know if CL posted on the LONOKE ONLINE YARD SALE FB PAGE IS... a listing, first posting I found there for it was on Sept 15, 2014. The flipping address is 10201 River Trail Drive, Scott AR. It orig was listed by a real estate company. Post has been edited multi times and "bumped" over and over. I have screen shots from orig posting. Now it is for sale by owner. There are about a dozen Proper NOUNS and they are all intertwined. From many name you have heard since this case started. Coincidences? Very possible. My gut hurts from the gut feelings I have had. NOW this person who listed the Scott home on the online yard sale page, I sure has nothing to do with this. ** what if ** CL or AL saw the house listed on that FB page?? Came up with the idea or whatever?? There are some more freaky stuff in this case. DARN RULES! ;) I KNOW this home was posted with a realtor on Sept 15, but I cant prove who it was. And connection to finding this is well too dang many coincidences for me to handle!!! Then I see this! But look at this MLS#: 10403906

Why did AL come to LR? On one of the interviews I saw, dangit cant remb which one- but it said that AL owned another house in LR before he bought the blue double wide. The guy that live next door to the dbl wide, said he bought it from AL earlier this year. Maybe AL thought he was into the House Flipping business? < JOKE kinda

So you're saying whoever listed this house for sale on the Lonoke fb page is a name intertwined with BC? Or comments made on the post are from a dozen proper nouns that have been mentioned with this case?
