I was just making a comment... Just ignore me when I start talking about things I know nothing about.

I love what you say and am actually glad you brought it up. I always assumed the guns were his. I think this brings up a great point/discussion. Didn't she claim to not know of his record? Well, if he was a felon, he couldn't get the guns himself. So, he may have explained this to her. She would have then maybe bought the guns for him...then knowing he was a felon. I have always believed she knew, but this is another way she would know.

I am curious to know more about where these guns came from.

I would dare to say that if they had sex anytime in the last few months he could claim that she "might be pregnant" I wouldn't read to much into that. .. And I guess he's going to be pissed when he finds out about the dogs and all the stuff in the house. What a freak!!

Back in the beginning there was a social media post from the girl that sold a gun and taser to Crystal. She was calling her out on it. I don't believe she is the poor unsuspecting wife that some here are trying to make her seem.
I believe LE has a good reason to have arrested and charged her as they have.
No, being a bad mom doesn't automatically make her a kidnapper and killer, but it does give a glimpse into her character.

I think it reveals alot that the ex could have custody of the son as long as he continued paying child support on him. Since each had a child in their custody no one should have been paying child support.Im not getting why he should pay her child support on a child he is already supporting.

I agree with you. Yesterday it was asked how many of us have ever made a mistake or something like that raise your hand? And then said, oh look no one raised them. I would have raised my hand if asked. BUT, I would never ever be arrested for murder or kidnapping because I would never be mixed up with something like this. I think many could say the same thing. I would never be arrested for drugs, firearms or drinking and driving. I don't associate with people who are bad news. Sorry, but we are a product of who we associate with. I don't doubt that she knew he was a felon and IMO nothing good comes of that. She made that choice.

If CL had gotten up the nerve to finally leave AL before that Friday, she probably wouldn't have been suspected of withholding information from LE, much less murder and kidnapping. And had she left a day or two before, we might be able attribute AL's bizarre behavior (and motive for allegedly kidnapping & murdering BC) to being distraught over the end of their relationship.

But she didn't. She waited until after a fight over the toilet paper prank. At a minimum, it gives the appearance she had knowledge of the crimes before or soon after they were committed. That's going to be a big obstacle to overcome.

IMO, she will almost certainly be convicted of being an accessory after the fact. What is the penalty for that in Arkansas? I'm not having any luck finding the specific Arkansas laws.

A person can be an accessory if they provide any support or assistance, whether financially, emotionally, or factually.

Sadly, this is the situation we have dealt with regarding my step-son. Lives with mom, failing school, drinking, drugging, stealing, lying, etc. My husband and I wanted to have him come live with us, but the mom didn't want to give up the child support even though she knew it would be a better environment for the boy, aged 16 1/2 then. We are not made of money, so couldn't afford to pay support plus support him as well. We didn't even want money from mom, just call it even. No way, the kid is a substantial source of income to her. We also couldn't afford to go to hire a lawyer to fight for custody. It's pathetic that some parents only want what's best for the kid as long as they can keep getting the money for them.

I think AL probably threw the pregnancy possibility in there for kicks and because in Arkansas, you cannot get a divorce during a pregnancy.

I had never read she was arrested at an ATM drive thru on Monday, but could've missed it. She was arrested at 10 a.m. and the daughter was with her? Wonder why the daughter was not in school?
I do find it kind of suspicious she was at an ATM while AL was waiting around near a bus stop about the same time. Maybe he was waiting on money? Then, bam! They're both arrested about the same time in different locations. I wonder how far apart their locations were that Monday a.m.?

She was in Jacksonville and he was in Little Rock. Approximately 20-30 minutes apart give or take due to traffic.

It is my understanding CL & Ex had decided to move daughter to ex's during this time..

The distance from the ATM to where AL was arrested is about a 30 minute drive or so

She was getting cash to meet the step mom half way with the daughter when they were arrested. This is why she told me the step mom called LE and told them she was leaving town and they arrested her. Butler has said the step mom meant no ill will. I don't know step mom so those are conflicting stories. I have no reason to believe that CL didn't think step mom got her arrested and no reason to believe this may have been a misunderstanding or misconception on her part based on Butler's account.

This didn't make sense to me either. At first, I thought she must have gone to Walmart and bought a prepay phone to use for emergency. It comes with a new phone number and a SIM card.

You need a SIM card in a flip phone for sure. Idk what kind of smart phone she had but surely did not take the SIM card when giving it to LE.

Would make more sense to get a temporary number while they have it. Especially since they took it Sunday and by Sunday night she had another phone activated.

If you go to any major carrier Sprint, ATT or Verizon you can get your number in a new phone immediately. You can take an old phone to your carrier and it's immediate not days. I think she got this handled early Monday morning so she could have a phone to drive to meet step mom half way. It makes sense to me. I wouldn't want to travel without my phone either.

2 things to report:

Friend who has connections with LE has been told "off the record" that the connection that got the warrant for arrest for CM of CL is her phone. Apparently the call to make the appointment was made with her phone Did he use her phone, did she make the appointment, or something else? Don't know. Anyone ever hear if it was a female or male that made the appointment? I do not have first hand knowledge of this or any way to verify this information. Reporting what I am told. This is second hand information. I have no reason to doubt the friend but no way to verify.

Same friend reports that neighbors say a hatchet and metal pipe was removed from CL's house the second time it was searched after her arrest. Could this mean that BC was hit with something to cause death? Don't know.

There is also the rumor I read here or on another site where someone claimed her phone was used to call and make the appointment. That would probably be enough to get her arrested.

Someone on this site sent me a PM that told me the rumor from LE. I was kind enough to say I heard it from a friend so as not to bring PM into equation. But since it's being pointed out and I'm once again being questioned I will say that is "the friend" who told me they had connection with LE and was told. Other rumors (which I clearly both times were rumors told to me, second hand information and that I have NO way to verify.

WTH is with reposting everything I say? Do I need to go back and read and post everyone on this board who has things wrong because that would take all day!

These were rumors. I clearly state rumors. I was asking had anyone heard them too? Did anyone know who made the appointment male or female?

I agree. I am re reading and have missed some. It just struck me funny that she REPORTED 2 things from a friend who had connections with someone in LEO, then few days later that there is a rumor she read her or on another site... Did she forget that SHE posted it?:gaah:

I've already explained but gee whiz I'M NOT THE ONE ON TRIAL HERE. If I need to start reading everyone's posts and posting what you get wrong then I don' time for that. Give it a break. Don't you have anything else to sleuth? I said both times it was a rumor told to me. That I had no knowledge and was asking questions myself.

Because it was not something told to me directly by CL or someone I know then I forgot where I heard it. Rumors!
