Seems like someone on FH posted very early on about AL and CL both running scams on Craigslist. I think I have a screen shot, but I know that's not allowed.

Some people on FH also posted that BC was AL's mother. Lots of that info was just crazy rumors.

He HAD to have known some how. If he didn't read it on the Internet then whoever he was talking or texting with during that time was feeding him info.

I missed what info he knew from internet ??

That he was a suspect on the run.
ETA: I'm meaning to say he probably had some kind of knowledge of where cops were looking, etc while he was on the run. I'm tired, it's making sense to me but expressing it into words...not so much..lol

LOL, get out of here! AL and a muzzleloader? Was he imagining himself on horseback fox-hunting among the landed gentry? LOL, sorry. Why on earth would he want that? Did he grow up hunting around there? Or has he been reading some sovereign citizen ramblings?

Not sure if this is still the case, but in 2005 the Arkansas Attorney General issued this opinion regarding possession of "antique firearms" by convicted felons:
http://ag.arkansas.gov/opinions/docs/2005-023.doc

Haha. Your scene is funny! But there are modern day muzzleloaders. My ex-husband is an avid hunter and there is a muzzloader season here. I only mention that because the 'antique firearms' rules likely wouldn't apply. However, I didn't read the link, so maybe.

Or possibly had a Daniel Boone/Davey Crockett fettish. Lol

"Felons and Firearms". It would be a great possible title to a country song.

  • #707
it was in a news article, the prob got to either look at it or FOIA, it wasn't scanned into doc links. Some they do some they don't.

I saw that document. I thought I saw it and posted it here when it was filed. I remember reading that she had $11000 in an IRA. But it's not on the docket for the county clerk. I know it was posted there. And it was posted after they were charged this last time.

I would guess that he has a law book in his cell. I don't think he would be allowed in the law library this soon after being put in a maximum security prison. And inside that prison there is a section that is maximum security for that prison. In that section they are in cells 23 hours a day. It seems like that is where he is if I remember correctly from when he did his interview from Tucker Maximum Security which got the public information director or whatever her title was to "resign." They said at that time that he was a certain type of inmate and didn't have access to certain things. But time has passed. I'd go more with he has a book in his cell or he has his own copies of his cases and has been through enough of them to try to write the brief.

I was very impressed with his penmanship for some reason. And actually laying everything else aside for a moment.. he made some very valid point as far as the divorce affidavit. Some of those Electronics where his lol he has video to prove it. If it were a divorce by anyone else those would be issues that would have to be worked thru. If they had a joint bank account, I believe he was due his. I would say after all the joint household bills are paid. Reality, he aint gonna be out side prison walls again. But legally he may have some points. AND she doesn't have an attorney or $ to get one. So I sure it drawn out. Pi$$ed of folks in a Murder trial... someone gonna squeal.. I have the feeling AL is pretty well versed on his research maybe not as much as he thinks he is but have to say filed a thought out Response. He not as smart as he thinks he is. But he isn't as dumb as I believe some want to think. JMHO. It makes me sick to my stomach thinking what could be in store on the Criminal Case. ....

Is there any way to find out when CL posted this resume?

http://www.websleuths.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=63099&d=1415457407

The reason I ask is because it says she worked at the insurance place until May. IIRC, ArkMimi said the application (affidavit?) for indigent status also said she worked there until May. She told her friends she worked there until July or August.

Also, I wonder what kind of job she was hoping to get. Much too early to be seeking employment as an RN. Since she quit her insurance company job to attend nursing school, would she have time for a job?

She is as much of an enigma to me as AL, maybe more so.

We have them, too. I think I am jonesing for more Downton Abbey episodes, LOL.

I have a sweet young friend with 4 children, a full time job a husband who just graduated RN tonight...

as far as CL, I understand the ins. job was rare for her as she always depended on men to support her..

LMBO we have a muzzleloader deer season :) pretty big thing here. I tell ya, no wonder were so many that starved to death back in the day. That's A LOT OF WORK! And view from the ground after the smoke clears... oh yes, I shot my husbands ONCE, kicked my butt on the ground. I was laughing so hard after I got over being mad. Visual... But nope AL doesn't strike me as a 4 legged deer hunter haha

Seems like their only legitimate source of income was Crystal's child support money.... Dip$hit probably thinks he's entitled to half of that!!

According to NJ they had a garage full of stuff she was trying to sale. I betcha there was some hot items in there. Wonder if LEO took serial # off stuff? Ran it to see if stolen. That Robbery charge still puzzles me to. Didn't someone say CL put it on her books? possible rumor.

we can pretty much guess that AL did a lot of buglurys ...the hidden guns were most likely taken from a theft... I saw several people post about CL & AL about the stun gun and other gun that CL supposedly bought for AL, he bragged about it I believe.. She would have just received her student loan money the 1st of Sept.

CL was selling a lot of items about the 2 wks before she was arrested for CM & Kidnapping including her daughters bed... that pretty much led me to believe she was going to run---who sales their childs bed??

LOL are you in Arkansas? Its easy to buy guns. Trade whatever. Hunting state and big Gun Rights. And besides dontcha know, criminals don't follow laws on purchases anyway.

I am not in Arkansas. Where I live we have a large population that have guns illegally. What I meant was there was could she have bought them? I dont know how your state works with having guns. I just figured if they were in possession of illegal/stolen guns, there would be a charge for that as well. That is how we charge here.

hope the English police are not online to correct my typos.....lol

Craigs List, yard sale facebook sites and auction facebook sites locally, sell guns, stun guns & ammo... I saw a flashlight/ stun gun combo for $25 for sale on one of the sites CL was on...

He already did her once when he contacted the ex with that stuff. ITA.This is going to get nasty.

I got the feeling CL has a side that people either don't know or don't want to own up to. Heck she stayed with him after he did that! She seemed went back and forth with that chick on the IG or whatever. I wonder if she was hooked up with AL while he was with Ashley? I don't see AL as a physical person. I bet his fingernails were manicured. The whole calling LEO to come out on Jessie, then lol posting the police report... Yep its gonna be nasty. Just thought of something. There is NO telling what he has on his phone!

If anybody here is good at deciphering legal jargon, this is the Arkansas Code regarding weapons and explains when possession of a weapon by a convicted felon is a felony or a misdemeanor.

https://www.atf.gov/files/publicati...ditiion/States/atf-p-5300-5-arkansas-2010.pdf

They make a distinction between possession by persons convicted of violent felonies and non-violent ones. I'm not sure if that accounts for the misdemeanor charge in count 4 of AL's indictment or not. I think it also says possession of a firearm for the commission of a felony is a felony. (Or something. IDK.)

ArkMimi had noted in a post this morning that count 4 was a misdemeanor weapons charge but counts 5, 6 & 7 were felony weapons charges.
