Thanks for the welcome. I honestly don't know what to think about CL. I figure LE has something up their sleeve but can't even imagine how if she was directly involved. I was just confused about how that post was stated. Really didn't sway me in anyway about CL's guilty.
I live in the northern western part of the state.
Yes, I agree, lousy choice of men. At least as far at AL was concerned. I have worked as a psychiatric RN for many years and have seen all kinds of people. As I am sure your husband has as well. But I believed from the beginning that there was possibly a third person involved. Just don't get the motive there.

I also forgot to say I am sorry about your RA. My mom has that now, she is 78 and it has been really bad for about the last 15 years. Her father had it and was on crutches by the time he was 38. My father in law had it as well. I think his was the worst case I have ever seen. So I know first hand how difficult this disease is.

I don't get the motive either. As I was reading back over some of the news reports this week, one was from the week CL was arrested and it had a statement from LE saying they would not rule out a third suspect. That was the first time I remember seeing that statement. It is all just so sad that it even happened. So many lives forever changed.

I have a few others of the area if y'all want a better idea of how "country" this part of Arkansas is. I still find it very odd that they chose that area. It's so quiet and peaceful. Poor Beverly. Prayers for her family and friends

Is it possible that CL could be charged as she is if her part in this was just knowing AL had taken BC and not reporting it to authorities? Just wondering. My ADD brain!!!

I googled Beverly Carter vehicle to see where the veh was exactly. I found this news report it shows the best up close to the house I have seen. http://www.onenewspage.us/video/20140929/2112502/Search-for-Missing-Realtor-Picks-Back-up-Today.htm still image http://c2cb24d07d0c53e91c3a-5d642dd...h-for-Missing-Realtor-Picks-Back-up-Today.jpg

Also, her brown vehicle pulled in up close to the house to the left of the garage, behind the lil bushes. http://www.gannett-cdn.com/-mm-/6d0...11786570000-1411771455004-Still0926-00007.jpg here is another view when crime scene tape still up next day. So I feel sure much wasn't done at the home until daylight. JMHO http://assets.nydailynews.com/polop.../derivatives/article_970/realtor30n-1-web.jpg

There is an area where easy to turn around close to the home. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014...ge_galleryImage_14202_Old_River_Drive_Sco.JPG

. It's got to be evidence if they have the yellow marker by it, right?

JMHO, its evidence as in there was something of potential value. #1 would be the car (I don't see anything visually around the # other than car my reasoning) I sure they put a # on anything near. And go from there.

what made me go looking for any other pictures of her car, the one with the evidence markers looked odd.. water in the background. Which makes sense, seeing where was located. Picture taken from behind her car. I for some reason thought it was in the long drive way and the garage was straight ahead. Don't know why. But (thinking out loud), knowing where BC veh was, if the other veh was pulled up there also, I could see how someone could say "was backed up to the garage". Also the truck pulling up behind her veh, could be anywhere I suppose. Depending upon what time the other veh were there, it would be kinda (JMHO) hard to see much sitting that far back off road and the tree/bushes blocking BC car. Unless you were (standing at house facing road> to the right) < the folks on the right side could see, or people driving down road from right to left. And as it got darker, unless someone suspected something going on, probably wouldn't notice much.

Going back reading over threads again...

Thankful for the others in the Real Estate for their comments. From the comments and articles i have reread/listened to. From what I get from CC, Beverly gave him the address of location. The unknown client would have been - unknown to him, as BC "knew" who she was supposedly meeting to show property to. From the members here, i see this to be common.

Thread 1 post #24 margarita25 " I'm noticing she has home listings on her fb" <That was interesting to me, they still have her fb up, yet took down comments, totally understand that. I did see one photo listing property on her timeline, not sure if there were others.

Also member "bestill" on post #169 states in part "And when say I'm showing a house, I generally say the location, most agents don't tell other agents who they are showing too, we protect our business that way. So I don't find it unusual that she told her hubby the location and not the person's name."

Also I found this comment on a Fox16 article (in comments section after article)
Made by Texas T " if its a first showing or a stranger you always leave door open and keep yourself between them and the door. Never walk into room first, let them lead"

I sure would love to see Officer Scruggs and Officer Garringer's reports. We have Officer Purifoy report. http://inmannews.wpengine.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/Beverly-Carter.pdf

1. Deputy Scruggs and Deputy Purifoy conducted a search of the residence without locating Beverly Carter or any evidence of a crime.
2. Deputy Purifoy "I observed that the key to the door lock was not on the scene" and no items were missing from her purse.
**didn't we read somewhere AL had a key on when he was apprehended? or am I remembering wrong? Possible me.

3. After stating not finding BC or any evidence of a crime... Deputy Purifoy states "moments later I sealed off the perimeter of the residence with crime tape and started a crime log.

4. Again a Moments later... Sgt Hutton arrived on scene and contacted the on call detective.

5. Deputy Purifoy arrived at 22:59 (10:59pm) at 00:22 he and Deputy Scruggs went down the road to conduct search at the 13407 Old River Drive home.
**that's an hour and 22mins.

Curious if BC texted or spoke with Carl C at the 530ish time

Also curious if AL and CL were texting when she was supposedly in clinical? (not meaning to sound snarky)

No one should feel that any question they ask might be considered snarky!...good question

Is it too far fetched to think CL & AL were interested in buying that particular house to live in and the only way AL could get the house for them would be to get ransom money then buying the house with the ransom money??

afterall he is very arrogant & obviously sick minded... IMO

Using the orig Missing Person Report completed by Deputy Tavares Purifoy for some times

5:30 Last contact Carl Carter had with Beverly

7/7:30 realtor coworker locked out contacts Beverly (cant find link to see if called or texted. I cant remember- anyone know off hand & name?)

8:00 according to an article in Dailymail Carl knew something was wrong

8:30 I believe he called Carl Jr?

9:00 went to the 14202 address saw Beverly car
*car/purse door open/searches no Beverly calls LEO
10:43 call rec'd at Pulaski Cty Sheriff Office

10:47 dispatched call out

Officer enroute

10:59 Deputy Purifoy arrives
*Deputy Purifoy and Deputy Scruggs conducted search of residence- without locating BC or any evidence of a crime. Deputy Purifoy observed that
the key to the door lock was not on scene and no items were missing from BC purse.
**"Moments later" Deputy Purifoy sealed off the perimeter of the residence with crime scene tape and started crime log
*** again "Moments later" Sgt Hutton arrived on scene and contacted the on call Detective
Sept 26
00:22 Deputy Purifoy and Deputy Scruggs go to 13407 Old River Drive and conduct search of this address. Was 1 of homes BC was to have shown on 9/25

01:00 Carl Carter receives 3-texts back to back

3:09 call completed

03:19 status Pending Missing Person

Report print date 9/26/14

Now...
1hr 43 min after Carl got worried and went to check on the house he contacts LEO
* He had already contacted his son Carl Jr. I feel sure he either called or texted BC... or did he receive a ransom call? if so I wonder when.
When did they contact Brenda Rhodes and Stacey Powers? < are coworkers with BC and are on the police statement. Are one of these ladies who was showing the other house that got locked out? I remember seeing Brenda Rhodes in one of the news videos.

1hr 22min after LEO arrived according to this report:
1. two Deputies checked the home and didn't find BC or evidence of crime
2. whatever "Moments later" is Deputy put up crime scene tape around perimeter of residence and started crime log, and then Sgt Hutton arrives and contacts the on call Detective. **darn I wish we had the other officers reports ;)
3. I will assume that its during this time they find out that BC had another showing down the street and that the coworker who was showing one of BC listings had gotten locked out and had an odd experience earlier in the evening. Probably everyone texting BC phone and calling, no answer. All this could cause alarm with her vehicle and purse on scene.
4. If the Deputy didn't complete the call til 3:09am, then most likely Carl was still with LEO when the 3 texts in a row came. Then it hit the news cycle pretty fast.
