Actually this is the first time Ive heard of cannabis. When that guys face got eaten was the first time I heard of bath salts and I wasn't getting it since I have them in the bathroom because I love hot tub baths. I had to google because I was embarrassed to ask and was wondering if they snorted the bath salts. Ive learned alot being on websleuths. And its caused me to google things no one should have on their puter.

How do we know there wasn't a gun when they searched the dump truck?

I thought it was reported by local news that there was gun in dump truck.. I remember "hearing" it while watching a video.

You maybe right about that and I could be confused about the site. I know there is an AR blog that I was told we couldn't post from. Regardless, the one you are talking about does have information wrong, in the article that you linked. I was the one that looked up and posted the record of the two cars that it shows AL owns. It is easy to find. The part about the gun is wrong as well. So believe what you like, but there was enough misinformation there for me not to put any stock in it.

Again, I will respectfully say, all the media have stated incorrect or misstatements. I believe this is the nature of the beast in todays media world. Be the first to break the story, no matter if they have all the facts. One of the news stations kept saying the lock was missing, in Officer Purifoy stment the night BC was reported missing he said KEY not there. Also, what is on the Assessed Veh, could be what had at the time but doesn't mean what he had at the time arrested. I know here in AR we have to assess personal property by a certain date. We are one of the few states I believe that still has personal property taxes. It was stated that CL had a certain type veh by NJ (don't remember what kind) but she possibly didn't have credit to get and its in someone else name and she made the payments. That is reasonable, happens to a lot of people. And the part of him having or not having a gun on him when arrested. We also don't know that for sure. There is a lot we I say WE as in public in general. The media prob have some type stuff FOIA or possible contacts/off the records. I don't know.

I haven't read anything about that, only the knife that he threw down. But since you live there, you may have heard it on your news there. I have seen very little here in TN on actual TV about this case.

While I was looking, I found this and it states he was sitting on a bus stop bench when he was recognized just before he was arrested. *ding ding ding* bus stop. That is probably how he got away from the hospital after the wreck. Something else we have pondered.

Im wondering how the FOIA works when records are sealed. I guess they cant use that until they are unsealed? I was thinking about that the other day wishing they could use the FOIA. BTW is AR a sunshine law state like FL? Im guessing not? If so, once the prosecution hand over to defense the media can get it.

I am NOT a drug user.
I have been around many users and recovering users through work though and I know a little about how a meth head looks and acts.
They aren't all toothless with sores. If they keep their mouth hydrated and have good genes.. It doesn't effect their teeth for a long long time. Unless they use daily, they wouldn't be the "faces of meth" we so often see after arrests.

Well we know he had the Ford Focus, because that is what he wrecked. I understand your right to believe whatever you want but I am not going to base my opinion of this case or any others, based on the media or he said/she said. She may have killed BC but all I am saying is I have not seen one shred of evidence at all. I am just stating that I personally have read everything I can get my hands on and I have seen nothing about a gun that he had on his person. Also thinking about it, they showed a burgundy car parked in AL/CL driveway and that was not what CL drove, so that car was probably the Malibu. I would have to go back and look at the pictures to tell.

You're right.. Skinny people can smoke marijuana too! lol. We just know that it increases rather than decreases appetite. That's why they first started giving it medicinally to cancer patients and anorexics.

No it doesn't give the colors. I know that NJ confirmed that his focus was a blackish gray. Probably different colors depending on the light and the Focus is what he wrecked.

Well, I know this is about another case but have any of you been following the Jessica Padgett case. Her step-father shot her in the back of the head and then videoed himself having sex with her corpse. They think he killed her for the sole purpose to have sex with a corpse. Anyway, it just got me to thinking how messed up the things that people can be charged for is in various states. I think that is in Pennsylvania, and since he murdered her first and had sex with her after she was dead they can't give him the DP, even though he admitted this and led them to the body. If he had sex with her before, and then killed her, they would have had a chance to go for DP. But sex with a corpse is only a misdemeanor. WTH??

Not until I read that link. Ive known people over the years that admit they are stoners but Ive never heard pot called Cannabis before tonight. I can honestly say I dont know anyone that does meth. Im not sure Id recognize a meth user.

Those were the veh he assessed or had last year. If he hasn't assessed (late after May) then he will still show up that he still has. Depending say, he sold the other veh that he didn't wrectk, if he doesn't call and get it taken off his assessment, he will have to pay property tax on it. Its crazy and I have lived her whole life. If say his tags weren't due on the Fusion, most likely he still showing on there. I know many who don't assess til they go to renew their tags. Do it all at same time. So I personally don't take ALOT of stock that he still owned 2 veh unless one was CL. OR maybe NJ knows if he still owned both veh. Thanks for link.

I didnt see that one coming for sure. I think he had been in her life since she was 12 and she seemed to like him. I dont think any of her family saw that one coming. People sure can pull shockers.

Well from the time he got out in August 2013 he always had two cars. He showed two in the video, it was a Jeep and a Pontiac. Then he had two different motorcycles, I believe. He had the Ford Fusion, which he got stuck in the mud and that he wrecked, and the gentleman that pulled him out of the mud verified it was a Fusion. Then there was a burgundy car that was always parked in his driveway in all of the pics and it looked like a Malibu. NJ said that CL had a dark brown or blackish car and that car (CL's) was also in one of the IG video's that AL had on his IG before it was removed. So, I believe he still had those two cars.

Well Lookie Here! Crystal still assessing under her ex name, but div records show she went back to Lowery. And it shows both have AL and CL have assessed for 2014 so, they possibly sold the other veh or someone else drives it.
