In my opinion, something is fishy about that. Her ex is in the military and therefore, all support payments come directly out of his pay, and are sent directly to her. So, I honestly don't see how there could have been a 12 week time frame that she wasn't getting paid. The only way that would happen, would be if he wasn't working. I have many friend that receive child support from dad's in the military and it is paid just like clockwork. JMO
To be fair, I may be mis-remembering that. I thought we had it somewhere in court documts but don't have time to go looking back right now so I will go with the fact that the military would not likely allow that to occur and catch it. Maybe someone else recalls where the 12 week in arrears meme came from and I seem to remember it was stated in September? what I do remember is VI-1 stated numerous times that he was in arrears for two yrs, then it became "over one year" and someone found the 12 weeks record to rebut the 2 yrs. I think! But yes, I will defer to TKL if he wants to speak to where that came from.
