69 yr old, male
5’5”, 160 lbs
Maxwell was last seen wearing a blue jean jacket, white shirt, red sweatpants and white shoes.
He was last seen at 13 Bellemeade Dr.

Little Rock police issued a Silver Alert for a 69-year-old man who went missing Tuesday at 7 a.m.
Maxwell is bald with brown eyes.
