The family of 35-year-old Bobby Morgan told police he was last heard from on Tuesday, January 23. According to the director of Safe Harbor in Little Rock, Morgan left the facility on his own, which he has done before. Morgan requires mental health assistance. He is described as 5’11” and 220 pounds.
