The murder trial of a Pope County man accused of killing his cousin in Knoxville that was initially scheduled to begin Thursday was postponed until April 8-10, Johnson County District Attorney Bruce Wilson said...

Talkington reportedly stayed with a friend who told investigators a knife and cleaning supplies were missing from his kitchen, a section of carpet was missing from his child’s bedroom and there were burn patches in his yard.

According to the affidavit, another man said Talkington told him he killed Caleb, but that it was an accident.
