I looked up Kibler Rd on Google maps. I’m curious where he was employed at. Was 10:30am possibly his break time? Was it normal for him to walk somewhere when at work like such?

Based on a few Facebook posts, I believe he was working at Specialty Woodworks.

Thanks! :) When I looked on Google maps, I actually saw Specialty Woodworks. So, it’s most likely the place.

If he does work at Specialty Woodworks that means he didn’t work a shift; Their hours are 8-5. Possibly he walked away or left during a morning break since it was 10:30am.
I’ll go back and look on google maps but I don’t think there is too much around the area he went missing at (gas stations, stores, etc) so I wouldn’t see him walking to get a snack etc during that time. But he possibly could have drove away to get something, run an errand etc.
I wish we knew whether he drove or walked away. I haven’t seen any mention of that.

Good thinking. There are some comments regarding this on the VBPD Facebook post!

I've looked through photos on SWW's FB page. I don't see any cameras mounted on the front of the building although some of the pics appear to have been taken quite a few years ago. I wonder if they've since installed cams or if there were any behind or alongside the bldg when Carlos disappeared? The front of the building at SWW's address has a sign that reads "Tile Showroom". Could he have had an accident that resulted in him being trapped under heavy equipment or large slabs of granite or other building materials? It'd be interesting to know whether there is a work yard behind the building or if SWW has another shop located elsewhere. BTW, as of Aug 3, there is a job opening at SWW. It appears this is the most recent post since Dec 2019.
