MISSING PERSON ALERT: Fort Smith, we need your help. Constance Lorene Gaines, 66, has been reported missing by her family. She used to live at 4301 Kinkead, but has been staying on the 1600 block of Jackson with her son and his girlfriend. On May 12, she left and took what personal items she had. The family is concerned due to dementia-like symptoms that have gotten worse over the past few weeks. When last seen, she was wearing a white jacket, blue-and-white-striped-shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
