Found Deceased AR - Curtis Urquhart, 57, Pine Bluff, 27 Nov 2017 *Arrest*

Pine Bluff police are searching for a 57-year-old man who has been missing since Monday.

Curtis Urquhart, 57, was last seen at approximately 12:30 p.m. in the 1400 block of W. 5th Ave. in Pine Bluff. At the time, he was wearing, a black shirt and khaki bottoms.

According to his family, Urquhart's medication, clothing and personal items are still at his home.

The news gets worse, a 15 yr old girl, Ashlee Maxey also went missing in Pine Bluff two days ago. Note that I have seen nothing to suspect these incidents are related, associating by time and location only..

It is not a good part of Pine Bluff to go missing in. Old properties, abandoned commercial sites, and woods you would not want to enter. What makes it odd is that it is also on the edge of downtown Pine Bluff. Basically there is this strip of old, neglected land descending south into the heart of downtown Pine Bluff. I could give you an amazingly thorough history lesson on how Pine Bluff ended up this way, but I deleted it instead.

I only found one "Urquhart" listed for Pine Bluff via Whitepages but quite a few listed for Little Rock.

I am awaiting official confirmation of pending news in both missing persons cases out of Pine Bluff and will post asap when any is available.

Still missing and after Googling...it seems Curtis has had some trouble with LE throughout the years.

Yes he has. As far as I can tell LE has not released any new statements or facts about the case nor has the media made any comments. Family members continue to plea for leads via social media, and that is about all I can find out and post here,

He has a jury trial coming up in Jan 2018. Maybe, he decided to try and avoid that and took off???

I looked for addresses under the name Urquhart. I found very few in Pine Bluff but quite a few in Little Rock, a 45 minute drive north from Pine Bluff. The missing person description says Curtis was "last seen" in Pine Bluff, I wonder if he lives in Little Rock or maybe has relatives he could have been heading there to visit?

Arkansas State Police say Kirkland Warren of Pine Bluff was arrested for first-degree murder and is being held at the Jefferson County Detention Center.

State Police were asked to assist the Arkansas County Sheriff's Department on Monday when the body of an unidentified man was found in a roadside ditch off Hwy. 79 and Gingrich Rd. Authorities say the deceased male had an apparent gunshot wound to the head.
