Silver Alert canceled for missing man

Arkansas State Police have canceled a Silver Alert for a Crittenden County missing for three weeks.

According to ASP’s news release, 90-year-old Duane Dale Franklin went missing at 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7.

He is described as a bald 5 foot and 9 inches white male with blue eyes, weighing 185 lbs.

Franklin was last seen on Intestate 40 Eastbound and may be traveling in a 2005 Gray GMC Yukon, displaying license plate number FLYA26, pulling a U-Haul trailer.

Where was Duane going? Was he moving alone at age 90? Very worrisome situation.

Thanks for the reply, I’d like to know which. I’m sad that Dale seemingly had no one looking after him.
