Pine Bluff police searching for missing 70-year-old woman with dementia

•70 yr old female
•last seen wearing a peach robe around the area of 2800 W. 40th
•is about 5 feet and 3 inches tall
•weighs around 200 lbs
•It is believed she crawled out of her bedroom window this morning.
•Wilson also has dementia.

How worrisome. I remember my stepmom with Alzheimer's trying to escape the house. Dad had to put locks on the inner doors and windows that she couldn't reach (she was barely 5 feet tall). I know it's warmer out now but I do hope they find this lady soon.

Pine Bluff police searching for missing 70-year-old woman with dementia

— UPDATE— The Pine Bluff Police Department announced that 70-year-old Eddye Wilson was located safe.

Shortly after 2 a.m., a prowler call led officers from the graveyard shift to an unoccupied home in the 2400 block of Pine Hill Dr. Officers located a woman on the back porch that was quickly identified as Wilson. Her family was called to the scene and was with her as she was taken to a local hospital to be evaluated.
