Circumstances of Recovery: A subject walking her dog discovered what appeared to be human remains in a wooded area.

Ooof. Those toes look pretty young.
I wonder of much of the body was actually recovered?
Googling around for anchor tattoos with “feet on the ground,” I found a reference to what could be the original (uncredited) quote:
“You be the anchor that keeps my feet on the ground,
I’ll be the wings that keeps your heart in the clouds”
That is a lot of verbiage! Apparently a shortened version is popular for young women as this second image comes up quickly in the Google search.
Need someone else to weigh in, but I think the drawing and lettering look amateurish, or maybe the work of a shop apprentice. It fits with what a younger person might be able to afford.
I hope this young woman can be identified and returned to her loved ones.

I called the Hot Springs Police Department and was directed to Detective Plummer (sp?). I left him a message asking him to look at NamUs #UP79177 as a comparison to Ms. Hurst.
I have tempered my enthusiasm because when I got up the courage to look back at the photos of the UID’s tattoo I realized that it is on the right foot not the left.
