Dismuke appeared in court for his first court appearance and no bond was set.

Police also arrested 46-year-old Kenneth Lee. Investigators currently don’t believe he is connected to Jackson’s disappearance neither does he have any relation to Dismuke or Jackson.

Lee also appeared in court Monday afternoon. Bail was set at $10,000.

According to investigators, Dismuke and Jackson once had a relationship but that changed in the days leading up to her being reported missing.

White said when Jackson came home one day she called her and said her home was broken into.

At least two people tried to break in her home again another day while Jackson was there. She asked them to leave but they wouldn’t. Once she called police, that’s when they ran off.

According to police, a report was made on the incidents.

“One of the suspects [Semajee Dismuke] that’s one of the guys that she identified as breaking into her home. She was already in the house when he came in there on her. She explained this to us. She told us this,” White said.

El Dorado police didn’t state further details in this case because it is currently being investigated though the say they obtained evidence pinning Dismuke to the alleged crime.

“Based off our information the possibility of making further arrests is quite possible. It does seem like we may have another person involved besides Mr. Dismuke,” Captain Scott Harwell said.

According to “detailed information” investigators received on what happened to Jackson allegedly by Dismuke, he is currently facing those three charges but it could change.

@Dre I had the exact thought! That’s why I made sure to include that when I posted earlier. It confused me.

I found this article that explains the arrests a little more...

Iesha Jackson has still NOT been found.
It’s easy to make assumptions and start rumors but right now the family is remaining hopeful that she’s still alive.

Two people have been arrested. 23yo Semajee Dismuke & 46yo Kenneth Lee: Currently; police do not believe Lee had any direct connection to Jackson’s disappearance. More details to come on NBC10 & FOX14.

I am really haunted by how many women are harmed when they break up with or try to get away from a partner/former partner, even just former date. Yes, it happens to men, too, but NOT in the numbers it happens to women and young women especially. I hope there will be a miracle for Iesha. Failing that, may she RIP and may JUSTICE be served.

As I drove through El Dorado this morning, I could’ve help but to think of Iesha. Her poor family not knowing what has happened to their loved one…incredibly sad.

Iesha Jackson, 22: Vanished In 2020, Police Suspect Murder

Jan 2022
One month after Iesha vanished, a man named Semajee Dismuke was taken into custody in connection to the case. It was reported that Dismuke and Iesha Jackson dated at one time. But only days prior to her going missing, they ended their relationship.

Iesha’s grandmother, Earnestine White, told reporters that Iesha complained that her home had been broken into. Then, while she was home, two people attempted to get into her residence, once again.

“One of the suspects [Dismuke], that’s one of the guys that she identified as breaking into her home. She was already in the house when he came in there on her. She explained this to us. She told us this,” Earnestine said.

By February 2021, authorities released Dismuke after failing to file formal charges within 60 days. The 23-year-old was initially arrested on suspicion of “capital murder, kidnapping and an enhanced penalty for engaging in criminal group activity.”

“What we need at this time is for people to come forward and tell us what they know. People don’t want to get involved. People are scared of retaliation but there are people out there that have information on this case,” Captain Scott Harwell said.

Another man, Kenneth Lee, was arrested, as well. However, police don’t believe that he is connected to Iesha’s disappearance or Dismuke. Lee was taken into custody after authorities alleged that he attempted to solicit $8,000 from Iesha’s relatives for information regarding her whereabouts. In layman’s terms, he tried extorting cash by claiming he knew where Iesha Jackson was when, in reality, he didn’t have a clue.

Ieshia is the correct spelling of her name. She is also 5'2" and around 115 lbs. She has several tattoos. one above each breast, one on side of torso that goes down around belly button. It looks like she has one on the back of her neck. She has several piercings, nose, belly button, a bar that goes through the cartilage at top of ear, daith piercing and several holes in each ear.

Uncle was last person with her. Her neighbors did not see anyone drop her off and hadn't seen her for a few days. There are cameras all around where she lived. 2 businesses are on each side of her house. They have cameras.
She had not been staying at her house off of east main due to the break-ins, so it is strange she would even be dropped off there...at night.

She was last seen alive October 31, 2020. The Mom called the police November 2, 2020 but LE told her to wait. (per conversation with mother) The report was filed November 4th. No receipts were left behind of her ever traveling anywhere. Her phone was left in the house along with her purse. According to the family, it appeared to be staged.

The community put on a vigil November 13th, 2022 and no one from the local news station was there and neither from the local police department. Thankfully, a guy from the El dorado News Times came and took pictures and wrote an article about the vigil for Ieshia.

Crime Stoppers has a 3k reward for any information that will lead to her whereabouts and prosecution of the individual/individuals who are responsible for Ieshia's disappearance.

There is a disturbing update regarding Semajee Dismuke from 12/07/22, but not tied to Ieshia. I'm not sure if it's allowed, but I will post the affidavit if it's okay.

[...]

“If anybody knows anything, can they please come forward? Anybody?” she pleaded. “I mean, it will do me some good because I’m tired of stressing. I know I’m going to stress, that's my child, that's my only girl,” said Parker.

Since her daughter's disappearance, she said, she hasn't received much information from El Dorado Police.

“They ain't giving me no leads, nothing, every time I try to go to them it's always a run around,” she added.

And that piqued the interest of RB who - two years later - started placing missing flyers around town.

[...]

“The reason why nobody was really worried about it was because they arrested two men, six weeks after she went missing, and one of them was arrested for capital murder,” said BordenRB. “So you assume that the police don't arrest somebody for capital murder unless there's a reason to, well then in February of 2021 they were released."

[...]

Cpt. Primm explained their investigation spans across multiple law enforcement agencies.

“We're looking El Dorado, Arkansas, to somewhere around Houston, Texas...that's nearly 500 miles I believe,” he said. “We have done numerous interviews, search warrants, looked for video - you name it. We have even reached out at this point to the state police to take a second look at all of this."

Cpt. Primm told KATV they’re not ready to call this a cold case just yet.
