GUILTY AR - Jersey Bridgeman, 6, raped & murdered, Bentonville, 20 Nov 2012 #1

  • #61
Okay, J, she has a name finally so she was in her father's home (who I thought was in jail/prison) and the mom had nothing to do with it. Maybe it will be clearer tomorrow?

Hey Tiredblondy. Thank you.

Maybe a bunch of old ladies and old men will never forget that it's happening and pass that on to middle age children who pass it on to their children and so on. I can on wish...it's not right & needs a lot of attention. jmo

I hate to see anyone get involved in people's lives. By that I mean an outside agency or governement, but having said that I think someone should get involved before the fact and not after. After a child is molested, murdered, or chained to a table then 'someone' gets involved. I am beginning to believe it should be before. What say if the first time a child is abused or treated badly the parents are just sterilized so they cannot reproduce and do this to another child. Based on information in this case it sounds to me as if there are at least 3 children involved and these are only the ones we know about.

If a man or a woman show that they are not capable of being good parents then we should take that privilege away from them. To me it appears that children for these people are just a side product of having sex. We can't stop them from having sex so prevent them from reproducing. I know that is harsh, but I think there is a strong possibility that if any of their children survive they will only repeat the behaviour of their parents. So they just continue the behaviour. We all know the histories of children that were abused when young. Look at the history of many serial killers.

The people that are leading these lives need to be dealt with and they need to be dealt with harshly. I really don't know why I even started this post because this problem is so convulted it is overpowering and mind boggling. These specimens of inhumanity just need to go away. I don't care where they go they just don't need to be in society. When leprocy was an epicemic the people were banned to an island with others that had the disease. Let's find an island where these animals can go and live among people like them that have the same disease. If you are thinking this is not solving the problem just hiding it, you are right. I feel this way because I do not think there is a solution to this at least not a nice one. :banghead: jmo

If you are speaking of when this tradgedy occurred you are right her father is in prison for chaining her to a desk. She was with her mother when this happened. Not sure about mom's innocence or guilt. jmo

Poor little one...did she ever have a chance? It sounds like her life was not an easy one. Fly high, baby, free of abuse, free of chains. May justice fall harshly upon whomever hurt you.

She just celebrated her 6th birthday this weekend.

A man identifying himself as Jersey’s grandfather said the girl was living with her mom.http://5newsonline.com/2012/11/20/police-investigate-childs-death/
Property owners tell KNWA News the person renting one of the homes being investigated is DB and is the mother of the victim.http://nwahomepage.com/fulltext?nxd_id=383462/
I've heard or read nothing to make it seem like her mom would be involved in any way. Of course, we don't know about mom's friends or acquaintances.

Pictures of her on her mom's facebook page show that she was a heartbreakingly beautiful child with the sweetest smile ever.

There is a stepfather figure in the home.

I don't think Mom had anything to do with this.

I am having Sierra Newbold flashbacks.
Or Jessica Lunsford.

Obviously I won't eliminate the boyfriend... just don't think the mother did it.

I agree. I also don't think the mother would cover up for any one either.

I am so sick reading what has happened to this little girl.
Sadly she is now finally at peace.

No...she was in her father's home when the OTHER abuse happened. Now, she lived with her mother, where this happened.

Since little Jersey was abused by her father and stepmother, some might conclude that they had custody of her at the time instead of her mother having custody. I have read nothing to indicate that, and photos and facebook seem to show that Jersey's mom has been her caretaker all of her life. They show a happy child with a loving extended family. I know that it's impossible to tell for sure, but I don't see any reason to conclude that she was not a loved and cherished child.

My suspicions are directed at the very close rso in the neighborhood and any recently introduced male figures in Jersey's home life.

the picture of her with the faerie wings is just heartbreaking. Just a beautiful child. What a waste. And to think how much she may have suffered in her young life. Life is cruel sometimes. :(

Police Chief Jon Simpson held a press conference Wednesday afternoon with local media, in which he said police could not discuss whether they have any suspects or persons of interest in the case.

Officers executed search warrants on three homes, including the girl’s home, the house a few doors down where she was found killed and a trailer residence between the houses. Police collected about 50 pieces of evidence during the searches, Simpson said.

Simpson said no one is in the family’s home, and would not discuss the mom’s whereabouts.

The investigation into the suspected killing of 6-year-old Jersey Bridgeman entered a second day Wednesday, as police continued waiting outside the Bentonville house where she lived and another house two doors down where her body was discovered.

Handy because it can be sorted by date.

One individual was admitted today at 3:10 pm for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Interesting, but no way to know if the arrest is related to the case or not.
