Identified! AR - Johnson Co., Skeletal remains in pond, Apr'11 - April D'Andrea

Johnson County Sheriff’s Office say two fisherman discovered skeletal remains Saturday afternoon. The remains were at the edge of a backwater pond off of Horsehead Creek south of Hartman.
Officials found 27 pieces of evidence collected near the remains and believe it could be a female.

The remains were found near Horsehead Creek, south of Hartman. This is a rugged rural area, popular for outdoor activities.

Johnson County authorities say skeletal remains found in a pond near Hartman may be those of a missing Clarksville woman.Sheriff Jimmy Dorney told The Northwest Arkansas Times that he's "95 percent sure" the remains are those of 57-year-old April D'Andrea.

Basically it says that friends reported her missing with no one really knowing the circumstances, just that she hadn't been seen in a month. There are pictures of her at the link.
