Found Deceased AR - Lisa Prescott, 54, Jonesboro, 31 Aug 2018

Prescott left her cell phone and purse in her home, and her dog roaming the house. Family members said that’s out of character for Prescott.

Dogs were brought out to her house and to scavenge the neighborhood, and the family said law enforcement has determined she didn’t leave the house on foot.

The family says she is on prescription medications and was recently in the hospital. Family members said her red blood count was low and she could have been disoriented when she went missing - and fear she may be in danger.

Right now the family says they have no leads, and they’re turning to the public for help.

Low Red Cell Blood Counts generally means lower than normal oxygen levels than the person is accustomed to. That can make you sleepy, disoriented and may look like too much meds to another person.

Bump for Lisa.

This case really bothers me. She doesn’t seem like someone that would just get in a car with a stranger or walk off. She reminds me so much of my Mama. I hope she is found soon. Prayers for her safety and her loved ones. Really strange case. I think about it a lot.

ETA: From what I follow on this case, it seems like the investigation has hit a dead end of sorts; hope I’m wrong and they have some leads or an idea of what is going on.

Bump for Lisa!

I cannot believe we have absolutely NOTHING to go on with this case.

I hope family/loved ones have at least some idea of what is going on.

Where Are You, Lisa?

I have found an article where an apparent former coworker gave a bit more information. Ms. Prescott was the Personnel Director at Nucor Yamato Steel. Her house apparently burned down a few years ago, then after that tragedy, her husband was in a terrible accident that left him paralyzed. He died later from these injuries. I am attempting to relocate the article in which i read that information. once i find it i will link it here. I have the name of the former coworker, as well as the possible bus route she could have taken (IF the area in which she has been stated to live is accurate) since there has been no mention of a car.

The link for the article with the comment about her job and family is as follows:
Mix 106.3

You'll have to copy and paste the link to your search bar but it does bring up the article in question.
I tested it.

*Edit*
Before I posted the reply, it showed the entirety of the facebook article address (http and all).
Not sure if it will take you directly to the webpage with the article or not.
Sorry!

Thanks for finding this and posting it. Sounds like the poor lady has gone through an awful lot the last few years. I hope they find a lead that helps find her soon. Sounds like her health was in decline already, or would have been in decline, without further medical treatment?

It seems like it. I have heard stories of possible chemo and a blood transfusion or a possible stroke. I did find the name of her husband to track a timeline of her life.
I hope I can help in any way!

Not sure why more is not being done about this case. Lisa was unable to walk far on her own, her scent stopped in the driveway. She had testified in a custody case a few days prior to disappearance. She was scheduled for a blood transfusion but never showed. The niece Erika Payne Fleming took a polygraph and her girlfriend Erika VanDyke shows nothing as if she was polygraphed. If they were living there and her health was bad, why is she left alone for an entire weekend?

Any updates? :( She could not have vanished in thin air. Are there ANY leads to go on?
