It appears that I-30 is an E/W interstate from Little Rock, AR to Dallas, TX.

The Barbie Doll seems odd. Maybe belonged to a daughter? It would be helpful to know what the "misc. papers" were, too.

But I guess LE have been working steadily to solve this case. NamUs has a list of exclusions, mostly from the region (below), with a couple of unique features. First off, they excluded MP1, Anthony Allen. I guess someone had to be MP#1.

Second, the last entry (MP698) is blank but in NamUs it links right back to this UID (UP5563). Probably a typo, but maybe it could be a pending match? No other info as case MP698 is otherwise currently offline.
