Is that just dirt on his foot? Probably, right?

View attachment 64436

(Where does this dog live? Mom's, or dad's?)
I respectfully think that it is just dirt on his foot. He's playing outside and has no shoes, very easy to get dirty. He looks so happy and healthy in all the pictures that I've seen of him. If something did happen to him inside that house, I would like to think it was a tragic accident and a very scared adult. I hope if that is what happened, they would come forward and Malik can be found no matter the circumstances.

I have a bad feeling this will be one of those cases with suspicions but no evidence, like Lisa and Myra...and just remain unsolved...hope not.

I totally agree. It is quite an undertaking to have six kids in a row like that. It would seem it was someone who was really invested in having a big family. So why aren't they with her now? I think that is a relevant question. I would think that she fought for custody and lost?

I can think of a few reasons why she may not have custody. CPS removal or she voluntarily relinquished custody to their fathers or their fathers family because she was not financially able to support them - or could not provide housing.

Back to catching up. I hope he is located today. This poor little guy needs to be home.

#FindMalik: Behind the search for missing Searcy toddler
Astrid Solorzano reports 8:58 p.m. CST November 28, 2014
http://www.thv11.com/story/news/loc...-of-foul-play-but-its-not-ruled-out/19618163/

From this link:

""It's frustrating, it's discouraging, but at the same time there's nothing saying that Malik is not still around. We've gone over everything, so many times, now we're left asking where could he possibly be," said Cpl. Steve Hernandez.

[snip]

"If there is a dumpster, we're in the dumpster looking if there's cars inside the grid, we're getting inside the cars, we're looking in the trunks. We're looking at under seats, backseats. We're literally looking in every, every small space," said Hernandez."

Great map! Thank you skibaboo for all the links and information.

Happy to help. I made a rookie boo boo and put too many things on one layer, and one of my cats jumped on my keyboard and (I don't know how!) managed to shift everything about 5 miles north west O_o. I think I managed to get everything back in the right place but if anyone notices anything off pls don't hesitate to let me know!

Question LDRN: Does the pic I posted upstream appear to you to be dirt, or do you think its possible that this is a bruise? Tia

QMFR:

Of course this is just my opinion, but it looks like dirt to me. Sigh.....I wish this little smiley face would be found safe. Sadly.....so much time has gone by.

You took the words right outta my mouth. I was just thinking about Ayla and Lisa specifically.

Wow! I just got finished reading and I have to say I am completely amazed. Honestly, IMO, I just do not feel little Malik ever made it outside of his home that day.

On other notes....My oldest daughter was diagnosed around 3 (she's very high functioning). The biggest red flag for us was her lack of speech, sensitivity to sound, obsessions, and some of her "quirks" (we had straight lines of toys from one end of the house to the other. I use to take photos of her awesome VHS stonehenges). She also had issues with potty training. She was almost at 4 before she mastered the potty....Compared to my youngest who was 2.

As for bruising on the foot in the picture. I'll be honest...My youngest has bruises all the time. She has inherited my ability to trip over thin air and run into walls...although she is looking straight ahead (Heck, I almost knocked myself out a few weeks ago on her field trip. Walked right into the gate of a hayride wagon and I was looking ahead). Both of my girls had bruising on their shins growing up. That's the area they would use to climb on their slide and jungle gym on the playground. Sometimes bruising on toddlers....can be from playing hard and not necessarily abuse.

I just don't know. The story keeps changing and the fact that one of the twins stayed behind...it just seems so odd.

Ayla's case is the worst, because LE did find blood from Ayla and still no arrests three years later...

I agree. If you look on the lower half of his leg you can see a long streak of dirt that's the same color as what's on his foot. I don't think it's a bruise.

It could also be someone who was extremely irresponsible about sex and parenting. I don't think this woman was planning on "having as many blessings as God will allow" as the Duggars do, if ya know what I'm sayin...

Has LE searched the home he went missing from?

top to bottom?.... Inside out?

It's been a while but I had to get on and see your thoughts on Malik. I'm so beyond frustrated-the Searcy PD and volunteers are so worn out and disheartened. My oldest daughter and I left out to join the search on Tuesday night but volunteers were sent home. I just wish the most basic questions would at least get answered: have both parents' homes been searched top to bottom? Have they brought in forensics at all? Cadaver dogs in BOTH houses? And most importantly has anyone other than the mom, dad, or girlfriend came forward and said when he was last seen? My gut is telling me he went missing way before. I know there are constant camera crews on scene...why aren't these parents begging and pleading for his return? It's the same old story :(
