Arkansas mom accused of arranging daughter's kidnapping to teach lesson about online safety
A former Crawford County library board member was arrested and is facing felony charges after deputies said she staged the kidnapping of her developmentally delayed adult daughter.
Tammi Hamby was arrested Wednesday along with three others and is facing felony charges of conspiracy to commit kidnapping and endangering the welfare of an incompetent person, according to Crawford County arrest affidavits. She resigned from the Crawford County Library Board on Nov. 24, citing a move out of the district in her resignation letter.
