also in the suit, is more info about Dunn. On February 24, 2007 he stalked an ATU student at Walmart at 3:A.M. and Followed her for miles making every turn she did and ended up contacting a LE officer who stopped him, He said he was looking for some cousins who had a similar car.

Gary Dunn, the man once at the center of a high profile murder investigation is now facing charges in a separate case.

Dunn was tried twice in the murder of Nona Dirksmeyer back in 2005; both trials ended in hung juries.

On Monday, Dunn appeared before a judge as he faces attempted kidnapping charges after being arrested in December by Russellville police.

Dunn will appear in court in Ozark on November 21 and 22.

I just watched dateline...this case needs to be reopened..hung jury twice..yes..but the jury didn’t get to know gary served a prison sentence for that attack on the running trail he did...he has now tried to kidnapp 3 more women...HELLO..he is in jail now but he will get out AGAIN and right now there is a future rape or murder on the horizon when this 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 hets out..people keep your daughters safe because Gary will get out and HE WILL RAPE and KILL AGAAIN!

This case needs to be reopened..he eventually is going to get out of prison..probably way before his sentence is finished..had Gary not been let out on the gun charges years ago maybe Nona would still be alive...

The case about Nona dirksmeyer needs to be reopened!..Gary Dunn needs to stay in prison..he is a very dangerous and no ones daughter will be safe when he is released from prison..Mymy..go to Russelville and murder because they are going to let you go free..

Change of venue?..HAHA..that murderer got his wish..disgusting..a girl was murdered..a decade of hell happened to kevin Jones and his parents..a mother lost her daughter and a murdering Killer has rights?...how can his defense attorneys see his incarceration prior to Miss Dirksmeyer and still try to get him off...you know he is guilty..do your job as attorneys yes..but if you know deep in your heart your client is guilty and you’re not even getting paid because you’re court appointed; than let the piece of crap roll the dice..Gary Dunn is GUILTY and needs to ROT

I hope the rookie cop who was so gun ho on arresting kevin has taken a few more police courses since his screw up back on the Nona Dirksmeyer case...I could of done a better job collecting evidence from the crime scene..talk about a cop being a cop for all the wrong reasons there..he’s a cop for the POWER POSITION..not to protect and serve that quite evident!
