An Indiana woman is worried her daughter is missing from this area.

Authorities say Vicki Curtis contacted the Independence County Sheriff’s Department and said she usually talks with her daughter on the phone, but she has not heard from her since the first of December.

Curtis told Deputy Carey Thomas that it was not like her daughter, Rhonda Funkhouser (pictured above in a photo posted to a family member’s social media account), 49, to not stay in touch.

A search was made to try and find Funkhouser with no results, according to officials. She has been entered into the Arkansas Crime Information Center in case she has left the immediate area.

Unfortunately, she has a history of drug use and odd behavior. There are 25 AR court cases in the last three years where she is the defendant, although most seem to be for several hot checks at once.
