AR - Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office investigating deaths of 40-year-old Charity Beallis & her two children - 3 December 2025

Interesting obituary for Shawna
Never mentions that she’s a WIFE just a good mom, daughter, sister.
Written by her family without his input?
Trouble in paradise before “suicide”??

Odds GREATLY against her dying at 34 years old and leaving a little girl behind.
Who raised daughter Bella?
So many questions I have here….
Would love to hear what wife #1 and older children have to say…..

Who investigates these things?
I think some small town detectives may not be best equipped to determine suicide vs homicide made to look like suicide??

Thinking of all the times “suicide” may not be what it looks like.
Even very wealthy, influential families sometimes have to FIGHT for the right
investigation. Look at Barry and Honey for example….

All IMHO
It could be that this 'suicide' was convenient for one person who had another person waiting in the wings.

In the guest book one entry mentioned 'she will feel no more pain from cancer'.
Perhaps she did have cancer but at 34 and a Lic. Practical Nurse I would like to think she also had hope or at least other options than GSW. She had a young daughter.

We don't know if its the case here but sometimes if its been found a parent has unfairly withheld the children from their other parent and/or practiced parental alienation, a family court judge will give the denied parent more time to "equalize" the periods of denial.

And then again, it might be huge bias on the part of the judge due to the father's "position" in life.

Was this schedule an ongoing long term rolling 2 weeks with dad, 1 week with mom, followed by another 2 weeks with dad then 1 week with mom? That seems to be an unusual schedule.

And the reason Charity's father was denied any and all contact with these children??? There must be something pretty serious and well documented for a judge to do that. Unless, of course, the judge is just crooked as he//.
Guess we’ll find some of those answers when the decree is published. But this came directly from his attorney, I assume he’s telling the truth.

Does he have that kind of money?
Who knows, but I'm not even convinced this is a murder, and not a murder/suicide that has us thrown off because law enforcement hasn't indicated that possibility, coupled with this guy's history.

We need more info.

Why is the SS and Homeland Secretary involved?
I don't know but I'm not mad about it. I'm hoping the reason will be disclosed soon.

really good question. Is it possible she was a witness to something "big"

was her Doctor husband?

Why would those two agencies be involved?

Maybe the Senator(?) She talked to got them involved? Strange. IMO

Checks some of the "he definitely did it" boxes but not others, same for murder/suicide.

Reminds me of- Nichol Olsen

Typically when we see them involved it’s because of their technical ability, usually involving unlocking cell phones and that sort of thing.

I feel like that's not a lot of Search Warrent's in a case with three suspicious deaths. That would be counting phones I'm gonna assume. IMO

Phones, and then phone records separately probably, vehicles, houses, Google (if applicable), etc.

Not a lot, all things considered. It's early yet though, so I'm not sure we can read much into that.

Usually in cases where murder/suicide is a possibility, we get a leak or sometimes even an official statement that a weapon has been recovered. That's what I'm hoping for here, if we don't get more than that in the meantime.

My suspicion is that the scene may look like a murder/suicide, but based on this guy's history and the devastation that closing the door could cause to a potential murder case, they're being really careful.

I have to back and find the interview of Charity’s Dad and Son. But in it her Dad states she had two gunshot wounds. That’s not typical of a M/S.

This could go a couple of different ways. But it just seems so obvious that the husband/soon to be ex would be suspect numero ono. Could someone be trying to frame him?

One thing for sure, the fact the kids were killed puts this in a whole different brutal category. It’s what prevents me from thinking this could be a MFH job.
