Police report a North Little Rock woman has been missing since October 16.

Lt. Minden with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office says they are recovering a body found at 46th and Russell in North Little Rock.

Her death is being ruled a homicide but the nature of her death has not been released due to the case being an open investigation.

Pulaski County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 40-year-old Charles Thomas in connection with the death of Tammy Harris.

According to Arkansas DOC, Thomas was sentenced to 35 years for 1st degree murder:
