Tony Underwood was last seen leaving his home on May 9. Family members say they have not heard from him since, and he may be suicidal. He was last seen wearing a Polo shirt of unknown color and blue jeans.

Police were tracking his cell phone in order to find him, but lost the signal Monday, May 16, at 11:30 a.m. The telephone signal was reported to be north of Highway 64 in Faulkner County.
