If you put the old Charley Project link into archive(.)org you can access the old link with the info and his picture. There are several captures throughout the years but it seems that link is last available in late 2013. In 2014 it throws an error page.
I don't know if this means he was found, I believe Charley Project deletes pages if the person is safe but puts 'Resolved' tag if they are found deceased. Not sure how it went back in 2013 though.
