Silver Alert activated for missing Little Rock man

Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 83-year-old man from Little Rock.

State Police say William S. Hall was last seen on Sunday sometime before 6:30 p.m. in the 800 block of Brookside Drive near Rodney Parham Road and Brookside Drive.

Williams is described as a black male, weighing 150 pounds, with balding gray hair and brown eyes.

Police believe Williams may be traveling in a white Ford 150 in the company of a black male named Philip Bryant.

So we know nothing about this other guy, Phil Bryant, other than he might be with him? We don't know about the other man's age, if he is a friend or has a criminal past. Wouldn't they say that both men are missing, if this was the case? Anyone else baffled as to why there's no other information about his other man?

The Little Rock Police Department said a man who was the subject of a Silver Alert has been found safe.

Authorities began looking for 83-year-old William S. Hall after he was last seen on Sunday afternoon in the 800 block of Brookside Drive near Rodney Parham Road.
