Do you mean like Shannan's jacket appearing in Brewer's driveway, or Shannan's sister finding her earring near his Steps? how about her belongings being found in the shrubs or her remains being found a year after her disappearance? give me a break. you know better. evidence can be there - right in front of your God damn nose and be missed. it happens to the best of them.

We allready know she was running around. If she was running around she would have been dropping things. Finding things she dropped is evidence that she was running around.

But we allready knew that.

She went to Brewers house on an outcall. Finding things near Brewers house is evidence that she was at Brewers house. Which we allready knew, because that is where she went.

This surprises anyone, how?

Finding her body and other items pretty much in straight line from where she was documented as moving along is evidence that she continued moving on that straight line.

Basically, we are finding exactly the sorts of things we would have expected to find.

You're kidding, right? There's thousands of plumbers, too, and bakers and cab drivers - but not found dead in the brush in one small area.


It's a convenient place to dump dead hookers.

If a serial killer is targeting a specific type of person they are going to be killing that kind of person. However, just because a person is in the same group and is found in the same place does not imply a connection. In this particular case many other people were dumped there as well, so it is not specific. SG was an escort and died in that area. Her circumstances are clearly different from the other girls.

Near where I used to work they found a prostitute dead in a park nearby. Some years later another was found floating in the river adjacent to the park. As it happened, the industrial park was routinely used to "do business". Both had been killed, but there was no connection between them other than that was an isolated area where a killer could get rid of a body without anyone noticing. Now, Hawk would say there must be a connection (he probably didnt catch too many criminals), but the connection was only that it was a convienent place.

Never in a million years is it remotely "in the same realm as the N and the B words". At dictionary.com, the "N" word is described as "the most offensive word in English". The "B" word usage to describe a woman is "disparaging and offensive". "Hooker", on the other hand, is simply "Slang, Prostitute". So what does one do when someone decides they're offended by a non-offensive word? Well, they can try to remember not to use it, lest they offend that particular person, or they can just ignore it and drive on. It's a popular conceit in modern culture, to determine that someone is being offensive simply because someone decides they are offended - I don't buy it.

When I checked in last night (Danish time) this thread was on the top of the list, bolded, as when somone has just posted in the thread, and it said:

Then when I clicked to read this new post, there was no new post, the last post was and old post by Bessie from 02-05-2013 08:43 AM, very odd.

I mean, if you didn´t post in that thread, how did the thread end up as thread nr 1 , bolded, with time and name of the new post/ poster?

This is a mystery, and I was so thrilled when I saw that you had posted in this old thread, with the issue of a possible AC4 / GB4 connection, in a short moment I even thought that there might have been some interesting news on the subject, therefore my reaction when there was no post there

This is exactly what I think, except I'd add another item to your first list. I think it's very suggestive that the final two GB4 victims were killed in relatively rapid succession after Shannan Gilbert's disappearance. They both also left their cell phones behind. It's almost as if the killer knew about Shannan's 911 call and changed his M.O. in response, while at the same time ramping up the frequency of the murders.

Exactly! I agree with the list as well but does stick out to me that there is more in common then not.
I've been thinking a lot about this lately and realized that your completly right about the timing. I think after MBB MB he got a little scared he would get caught. And if he did kill SG he then realized that nobody gave a crap and that LE wasn't looking for her and this helped him relax some about being caught and went on to kill two more.

We might know when MB was murdered if what the he said in his phone call to MB's sister was true then that kind of puts a date on things and gives us a little insight into how long he may or may not have kept the girls alive.
I personally have a strong feeling he kept them alive for a few weeks and I have nothing what so ever to base that off of other then my gut feeling. lol

Yes. Especially after hearing the full 911 call plus chief JB dirty dealings, Spota,and the Police surgeon. I get the feeling there are some snuff films yet to be uncovered. The 911 calls are so disturbing. I don't think she was imagining things. MOO
