can you elaborate what photos and which flags?
There is one where he is standing on the side of the stroller and Parker is sitting in it. The gleam in his eyes…

I really wish there were automatic drug & alcohol tests in these cases. In the vids his movements look off to me? Could be alcohol and trying to look sober but I think maybe something else? The drama and over the top antics that ceased immediately when away from ES were so striking. Their dynamic is profoundly sick, as is her petting him and the kiss in front of LE. Up there with him telling LE they can watch him shower. Feel so very sad for all 4 girls, does not seem to be a healthy or safe home on MANY levels. MOOO.I think that it is the face of addiction. I thought he had an "addict personality", and some photos of him with kids raise several flags, IMHO, JMO, either, but maybe, also substance-induced dementia setting in? Alcohol causes it early enough.

Too happy for alcohol, but JMO.oh so gleam as in alcohol?
My husband was in Marana on 7/9 looking at cars. Like many newer vehicles this one has the option of turning on the AC without running the engine or leaving the AC running when you turn off the engine. I was pretty excited to try these functions out.Sarcasm warning:
I'm SO glad that poor Christopher is safe at home in his beautiful house, with his beautiful wife, able to take showers when he wants, pour big glasses of ice water when he feels like it, play video games 24-7, get coddled and meals made for him, while the wifey deals with any grief and fear that two little girls who lost their baby sister in a big "oopsie" might feel. God forbid we inconvenience anyone charged with felony murder thanks to their own actions.
/sarcasm off
When is his next court date? Not soon enough, in my book.

Well, it was just another daughter. Not a son. You know...I really wonder if CS was passive aggressive about watching kids all day, because I personally find it difficult to understand an adult not noticing that a 2 year old is missing for hours.
Oh, I forgot, the car manufacturer is at fault, after all, CS did leave the car on with his daughter in it, with the AC on...
He was enjoying the peace and quiet, fixating (obsessing) on his video games with no interruptions from pesky toddlers for once. He knew it was wrong. He knew she was in danger. But his priorities are grotesquely skewed, and he thought (if he thought at all) that he'd get away with it. With no negative consequences.oh I don't believe he forgot
he knew ... he just didn't care
JMO
I really don't think he would have treated his son(s) any differently.Well, it was just another daughter. Not a son. Thanks! I’d been checking to see if the hearing is still on with no luck.![]()
The Marana man accused of leaving his 2-year-old daughter in a hot car is due back in court
Christopher Scholtes is due for a case management conference at Superior Court Tuesday.www.kvoa.com
I just watched News 4 Tucson (KVOA). Scholtes is scheduled for a pre trial hearing on November 20th.
I feel like they could only be trusted with Hermit CrabsI cannot imagine the atmosphere in that home for the surviving little girls. Shame he is not in custody.
That said, I have my doubts he can keep up the "new CS" persona over time.
Wonder when/if ES will return to her career? Surely this window into her judgement may impact it, although generally patients have little say over that level of staffing. Would be worse for her if she was a GP or FM doc, I'd imagine. MOOO. No one working is obv unsustainable.
Can't imagine them in the next row at Back to School Night, etc and how isolated the little girls must be from normal family socializing. Shame they didn't just stick to owning dogs as their parenting judgement is terrible. JMO.
He would leave a dog in a car too...it's just that he is....uncaring, irresponsible, indifferent, eggocentrical....a psychopathic jerk.I cannot imagine the atmosphere in that home for the surviving little girls. Shame he is not in custody.

As long as he never takes the hermit crabs anywhere in the car…I feel like they could only be trusted with Hermit Crabs
He does, there were texts about it quoted upthread. ES ineffectually protests that too. MOOO.He would leave a dog in a car too...it's just that he is....uncaring, irresponsible, indifferent, eggocentrical....a psychopathic jerk.
