I recall a few months back when we knew the case number but then it was closed and it appeared a new case number had been assigned with the inmate's name redacted. I have tried looking under all those case numbers to no avail. I fear this one is being actively swept beneath the rug and I wish I could understand why.

I have the same recollection; that Christopher’s case information is being withheld from the public. Marana is in Pima county. We’ve been searching for the case since the beginning.

For pity’s sake this is a first degree murder case! How dare the court choose to give this alcoholic shoplifter and child abuser special treatment!

it's not as if he is in jail and in need of anonymity for purposes of safekeeping. The man was given a ridiculous bond and released to home arrest, into the same household where his minor child adverse witnesses and victims of his prior neglect still reside. I am very irritated that we cannot track his court case. Why is he getting special treatment since day one?

Curious what all those other dates are? March and August hearings are 5 minutes?

March 26 is the plea hearing. August 11 is a status conference - a chance to discuss any issues that might affect trial going forward as scheduled in October. The judge apparently does not expect the unexpected. Five full days are scheduled for the trial itself.

Sorry I was just being lazy when I posted above, only posted to show the plea hearing had been moved. Trial dates are actually 27th Oct - 7th Nov so 10 days.

I suggest he take any plea offered. Going to trial on this...I can't see even one person giving him a pass. We have police officers body cams, evidence of him stealing beer, evidence he was playing video games while his daughter died in the car.

His wife is a physician. That's probably why the information keeps getting scrubbed.

Her father claimed that he left her in the car in the driveway, with the engine and a/c on, and when he came back about half an hour later, it had somehow turned itself off, and the car had overheated and she had died.

I have a really bad feeling about this one, and that this isn't what really happened. I realize we have to let authorities do their jobs.

A trial would mean more trauma for the kids - he should take a plea if offered one for that reason alone.

Who do you think pays his lawyers? I don’t know but I’m guessing it’s his wife. Maybe she has come to her senses.

At the beginning of the video when he's being arrested was that his wife who tells LE they have "no heart?
LE said Parker was left in the car for 3 hrs and they dispute his 30 mins to 1 hr and also dispute that he left the car running with the A/C on.
I wish he would go to trial.

Yes, a trial would be best in the sense that he would likely get the punishment he deserves.

I couldn’t even watch that video, he makes me sick.
