STATE PARKS:
APRIL 3 will move to day use only eliminating all overnight opportunities.
Limited parking - Only allowed onsite in approved lots. Some parks gate closed when parking lot is full. Will issue citations if parked on streets and outside of parking lots.
Recommending Buffalo National Park scenic national park closed through this emergency till safe to reopen.
Cedar Falls at Petit Jean Park closed.
East and West Summit Trails at Pinnacle Mountain State Park closed.
Additional Trail and park closing on social media pages and State Park website as things change.
Rep. Reginald Murdock tested positive for COVID-19. The measures they took for the House meeting, Social Distancing, give the Legislators confidence that they were not at risk at that time. Reinforces what they did and the steps they took and reemphasizes the measures they took.
