In my view, the kidnapping never ended. As long as she was killed before she was free from the kidnapper(s), it was during the kidnapping in the eyes of the law.

Technically I guess that is true.

Although the charge of kidnapping was because he took her from her home against her will.

That is why it is death penalty eligible. I have a very good feeling the DA is seriously thinking about asking for the death penalty. Another thing that convinces me they have solid evidence that he murdered Holly.

Investigators won't rule out another arrest. It sounds like they think someone else could have been involved, but no evidence.

I'm glad there is finally an arrest in this case I hope Holly's remains are found so her family can grieve.

Zachary Adams was arrested Friday on charges of aggravated assault, while police issued search warrants on his properties in nearby Holladay, Tennessee.
Wednesday afternoon, District Attorney Hansel McAdams announced that a grand jury had indicted Adams on charges of first-degree murder and especially aggravated kidnapping. McAdams would not say whether Bobo's body was found on Adams' property. Adams is being held without bond and will be formally arraigned in court on Tuesday.

Somewhere along my travels in this case, I saw it mentioned, on more than one occasion, that he busted her head open against the concrete/curb...FWIW...

I thought the parents said they would not be speaking but I did think I read that Holly's cousin was going to speak after the PC.

Maybe it was just too hard for her to do so and she changed her mind.

This has got to be a very dark day for all who loves Holly.

Maybe she is going to speak out on Nancy's show. I don't watch her show so I don't really know if that will happen either.

You will never see a full blown narcissist plea their case.

They are convinced they are smarter than anyone and can fool at least one juror into believing the BS their lawyer is going to spew.

And look at how many times this one <mod snip> has thwarted justice. He feels he can do it again.

I hope the presiding Judge is not one he has ever appeared before because they may have been one of the ones that gave him a sweetheart deal for all the violent crimes he has done and just got a slap on the wrist or rehab. Ugggh.

I would agree, Oceanblueeyes, but most narcissists also think that they are much smarter than their lawyers.. T Bundy represented himself after firing his attorney. The judge actually complimented him on his defense, right before he was found guilty and sentenced to death in the electric chair..

The analyst must be a defense attorney if they think this isn't a big deal.
