The ECF No 121 just means it's the 121st entry on an electronic case file.
Sorry I wasn't clearer.... I was asking about the bolded underlined part. What does "A suggestion of death" mean?

So I found the 121st entry, and it doesn't even list the right person. I don't know how these errors occur so often. https://www.casemine.com/judgement/us/677dff78a1dd322dec0f07ba

It looks like there was probably a correction in the 125th entry, but I can't find that entry without paying for access.

This August entry orders that MM be dismissed https://app.midpage.ai/document/velez-v-dzurenda-11137144?refG=true

I don't know. Is it possible that he has been avoiding by making it look like he died?

There can't be a side gate because they would go into the backyards of their next door neighbors.
Oh yes, zero lot-line homes. So no, no gate.

Medical records can be subpoenaed, providers have to turn them over if they receive a valid court order signed by a judge. Also, lying on an employment application is usually grounds for dismissal. Lying to the state licensing board doesn't work out very well either.

In the event of a malpractice suit the hospital might look at drug use, legal and illegal. Co-workers may be asked to give sworn depositions. There are few secrets in a clinic and hospital.

Also medical practitioners have a duty to warn and to protect. If they believe a patient is a threat to self or others they are mandated to break HIPPA and report as appropriate.

I was replying to the comment about his employer verifying his medical history at the interview stage.

Has anyone seen anything official about what alibi he provided police?
I have been curious about that too. I was thinking that because he lived in Cbus before and has family in Zanesville, he might say he was visiting friends and family in the city over the holidays.

I've been thinking about this too. I think he probably told CPD detectives that he was home in bed, lol, never thinking they would find his vehicle, let alone be able to associate it back to him.

If he is the killer, he screwed up on so many levels, to the point that I'm starting to think he wanted to get caught.
Either that or perhaps he truly didn't think he would get caught. He may think he is the smartest one in the room and above the law.

Or as you indicate, maybe he is just giving up on his life. Doesn't seem able to complete the board certification process, lawsuits at work, etc.

Columbus police said they found multiple weapons inside his condo in the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Chicago, including the gun they believe was used to kill the Tepes.
I am glad he was apprehended quickly. We don't know if he had other crimes in mind.

What if it was about “ unfairness”. Or “ perceived unfairness”
I dont know what happened in his early life, but some of his adulthood events appear to have a common theme.
Allegedly estranged from family?
He didnt get over his divorce, we think that b/c the Tepes were his target’
2 malpractice suits that he was included on but perceives that as unfair or maybe even a nuisance, because he wasn't the one that did the harm.
All those tickets , easier to-pay than to fight, but b/c of demerits. His license is suspended
He made it all the way through med school, had to be disciplined, responsible etc, no doubt has an ego but maybe he perceives all these events as injustice/ unfairness . Enough of that builds , and it can create rage. It’s all holding him back in his eyes.
Theres lots of studies on the psychology of fairness, it sounds minor but it isn't..

traffic offences?

they're all tall
I think Monique probably had heels on plus her hair is piled high in the picture with MM

And it doesnt even have to be about forgiveness, it’s about having the ability to move on, if you can do that you dont need to forgive anyone. That’s what’s they mean when they say forgiveness is about you, it’s about moving forward . but it’s not easy to get there..
In this guys case hes not a victim, hes a smart guy. Should be able to put things into perspective, and move on, but he couldnt, and he should have recognized that he needed help.He needed to seek help long time ago instead of going to hot yoga, ( as he posted) but then again his ego probably wouldnt let him go for counselling b/c nothing is ever his fault.

where did he post about hot yoga?

Yes, statistically, after 24 their chance of being school shooters decreases. But they clearly attack the entity that makes them lose their face, and it was more than true for Eric. (Remember how everyone was surprised at the randomness of the shooting? EH and DK didn't target the jocks. They targeted the Columbine).

I am interested if MDM blamed Monique for failed future relationships, or he targeted Spencer because Spencer was, after all, from the medical world, or really the couple.

I also wonder if he kept a gun in his car because he wanted to kill someone else? And not in Ohio, given where he was apprehended?
With MDM providing Las Vegas Surgical Center with a fake address and phone number, it makes me wonder why. Has he killed before?

No, they haven't released that yet. I suppose it will be introduced at trial.

There is an interesting footnote on this order pg. 2 dated 2025-08-06

@kwins --Thanks for linking the 8/6/25 Order by United States Magistrate Judge!

Now that I read some background on the matter, IMO, this is a huge nothing burger relative to Michael McKee, and probably more about how one ambulance chaser attorney recently tried to capitalize on his own inability to serve a defendant-- allegedly hiding, albeit in plain sight!

This lawsuit is a claim by a prison inmate housed at Nevada Department of Corrections (NDOC), proceeding with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Any State claims by the plaintiff were previously dismissed.

More specifically, plaintiff claimed a violation of his Eighth Amendment right -- deliberate indifference to serious medical needs against one Dr. McCullin.

Here, however, the Court appointed the plaintiff pro bono counsel for the LIMITED PURPOSE of obtaining medical records, identifying doctors and/or other defendants to add to an amended complaint.

On the date of this Order, the pro-se plaintiff was on his second amended complaint (SAC) against Dr. McCullin and others. The SAC asserted claims for deliberate indifference under the Eighth Amendment, negligence, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

IMO, a prison inmate seeking a cash grab from an insurer.

ETA: Footnote - McFee was technically dismissed from the suit on 4/7/25, and no substitution for this defendant was timely filed by plaintiff.

In other words, safe to say this Nevada lawsuit did not cause McFee to lose any sleep and/or murder his ex-wife and her husband.... JMO

Could you explain why the court worded the dismissal as "a suggestion of death"?

I only see one malpractice case- he was on a review board with the state Corrections Dept. if you read the paperwork posted, the plaintiff was /is an inmate. In the paperwork, the inmate lost his initial attorney and then was not providing discovery so there were a lot of delays and it was not going forward. On its face, that does not sound like a law suit that a dr would lose sleep over IMO.
