The Bakersfield Police Department said Monday Ashley Nickell, 41, was reported missing to police on Aug. 22. A spokesperson said Nickell was last seen sometime on June 17 in the 5200 block of Olive Drive. Nickell was dropped off in the area and has not been heard from since.

Arrest 9-11-03 as Ashley Louise Roberts, same DOB) DUI ALCOHOL/0.08 PERCENT (dismissed and pled guilty to VC 23103 in LIEU OF DUI (Note: California Vehicle Code (CVC) 23103(a) makes it illegal to drive a vehicle with a wanton or willful disregard for the safety of people or property. This applies to all roads in California, including parking facilities. So I'm guessing she was likely arrested operating the ehicle other than on a roadway while under the influence)
