ATLANTIC CITY SK: possible link to LISK and GB4?

Well what if the tip was called in a few days ahead of time? Or even a few weeks ahead of time? We wouldn't know when the tip would have been called in.
Maybe with MB phone calls they were able to figure a few things out and once every thing started to come to light about SG they figured it all together and went out looking.
I will always think it was weird that they went looking for SG by GB and not over by where she went missing first. Something IMO caused that.

This article includes a video of police announcing their return to OB to search as the weather conditions were favorable at 60 degrees for Dec, tide low, etc. I've looked for the other news cast, think it was Dormer who announced a tip but only found the one with Gus Colletti.

Gus Colletti is being interviewed & he says a TIP WAS RECEIVED that there might be "some body in the brush behind the basketball courts in the playground area." He said: "they said they would come in & take a look but they came in w/14 vehicles so they came in for more than just a look."

I, too, recall BREAKING NEWS in which it was mentioned a "tip had come in". In a sudden about face, LE returned to Oak Beach after they had resumed searching the Ocean Pkwy area.

It didn't appear logical to me & those living here when LE searched so far west from where SG had disappeared. There was much speculation among local ppl that there had originally been a tip leading LE further down OP, 3 miles west.

I believe there were possibly 2 tips: 1st one to divert attention AWAY from OB, AWAY from where SG was last seen, leading LE to already decomposed bodies allowing for time for SG to decompose thereby making it difficult to determine cause of death. 2nd tip was meant to lead LE BACK to the location where SG had "disappeared" & ultimately placed where she was found.

It's all so interesting. I hope someday this guy really is caught so that we can all watch a documentary on it and learn what the motive for LE was and what they tactic was.
I'm with you and I also believe what you do about there possibly being 2 tips. And getting the attention away from OB then back over to OB. My only question now is why.

And LR1 you say you belive that the Dec 10, 2010 Kim Raffo FB profile is a coincident, then let me ask you; what do you belive was the reason for somone to creat a Kim Raffo FB profile like the one in question?

I mean there is absolutely noting in the profile, no profile picture, no text/messages, no photos, no "likes", absolutely nothing, so it is not som kind of " In memory of Kim Raffo" or anything like that, so what was the purpos???

Great find! I don't believe much in coincidences. I never believed the police dog searching that area on that day was a coincidence the same as I never believed SG's body was found without a tip.

The only purpose I can imagine is that the killer of both WANTED to up the ante. He WANTED police to know both were connected. JMO, as always.

And to those who belive that it could just have been some other person with the name Kimberly/Kim Raffo, I can assure you that, that is VERY unlikely due to that, that name is EXSTREMLY rare.

In US there are only 2 persons registrated with that name and one of them is the murder victim Kimberly/Kim Raffo. (I have access to great payed databases)

And on facebook, worldwide, there are also only TWO persons with that name, one is in Holland I think it is, and one is the murder victim, meaning her "In memory of Kim Raffo" FB profile, and then there is the odd Dec 10, 2010 profile + one exacly the same, created June 17, 2013.

The odd profiles connecting the AC4 and GB4 victims created in April 2011 are no longer to be found, at least I cant find them anymore.

Could you possibly sleuth for more info on Chad Johnson? He was convicted for the murder of Jennifer Papain - remember - he's the one who said he burned her clothes at Gilgo...dumped her in the woods (off a service road mind you) just around the bend from his mother's house which apparently was vacant.He was also in school taking Criminal Justice courses in order to be an FBI profiler. He says he used computers at a school to get his dates off of craigslist. He seems to have had a bad childhood - he says his older brothers raped him repeatedly. His brother ("dartinian") was detained also for questioning but Chad apparently took the blame for Jennifer's death.
His MO seems to fit the G4, and maybe AC, but for now I'm focused on him for Gilgo. Pls correct me if we've discussed this but I couldn't find much on him or her at all. He told different stories about the timeline - and he admitted to taking her phone - he says he turned it off.
He is a little young and also black - I think that is why I ruled him out. Now to me it looks like the timeline is possible for him to be the killer of the GB4.
You (We) have probably already researched this - but if you could remind me - Thanks for your great research TF - maybe I should have put this on another thread but I couldn't find one. The only way Chad Johnson could be connected to the GB4 would be if he just procured Jennifer for someone else. He may have even been required to dispose of her and her belongings. Then, he would have had to have gotten the details from the killer and decided to take the blame (for some reason) for the actual killer. Perhaps, his associates and/or family members who are not incarcerated should be looked into...

I'm curious about the Spanish style building behind her in her cover picture.

I'm also wondering if the guy who found her didn't look closely and thought that body tattoo was bruising. Pleasantville, where she gives as her residence, is very close to the area where she was found. Her death and disposal seems unorganized, hasty and messy. IMO.

I checked that "Borgata" "GA" guy out but it seems like he is NOT the same guy, the "Borgata/GA" guy you found is a white guy.

I think the fake fb profiles of the ac and gilgo girls were very suspicious. The all posted on the Anne Marie Fahey In Memory page but left their comments on a photo of the movie And Never Let her go about Fahey starring Mark Harmon. This leads to believe whoever made the profiles is a big fan of ****** true Crime made for tv series and he's prolly a Mark Harmon of NCIS fame. I think the killer is surely a true crime fanatic and has studied every SK's mo to perfect his own and I think he's also an NCIS fan.

It appears the SK such changes his MO...if you look back to 93 94 you have Rita Tangredi Beinlich and Colleen McNamee both strangled and dumped in similar spots near the south shore more east of gilgo. Then you have a whole bunch of dismemberment cases all over Long Island where the SK is dumping parts of bodies along the highways. He strangles and leaves all the AC and gilgo girls intact but with this latest girl in egg harbor..its exactly like many earlier long island victims.

Sadly doesnt this also that the police dont know who the killer is or atleast are not watching him because he's able to get away this still? I find this pretty astonishing really when the police offer more than double the reward for a single missing person but like 20+ murdered people isnt worth more than a 20 thousand dollar reward?

It's pretty clear the SK is saying he did both AC and Li murders. Why else would he dump in egg harbor? What brings the SK to this area? Does he live there? There is a very long gap of time from when the first AC girl went missing til they were dumped. Was he keeping them all alive on Long island, NYC or a house in Jersey somewhere?

People who want to ignore this and say oh its just a coincidence like the mainstream media who dont look at this as a victim of SK who kills small girls and children and operates in the heart of NYC's prime tourist locations are delusional.

Dormer claims the searh for Shannan lead to the discovery of the GB4 on Ocean Pkwy. Why would the search for her start 3 miles up the Pkwy? Three months later,a man is driving down the Pkwy and sees something in the brush. That lead to the discovery of the second set of remains. Wasnt he also a cop? In Jan. a man is out hunting and comes upon the remains of a women in a suitcase. She was found just miles from the AC4. A cop found her. Three cops find remains. One is looking for SG. One happens to be driving down the road. The other is out hunting. Coinidence or tips. The cases may be connected.
