...and if the State didn't release it...how can BC? If anything was released it was released to JB...so what do we have going here "Puppet Theater"? If the State held something back...then JB didn't get it either, right?
That thought also just occurred to me, and I am hoping maybe one of our legal friends can explain??
If BC/CA/DC have conducted their own little investigation into Grund or Kronk, or anyone else for that matter, can they just "release" their allegations to the public through the media? Isn't that opening them up to a possible future civil case (slander maybe?) if their allegations prove to be unfounded (or even if they aren't?)???
To my knowledge, CA/GA are not a party to this criminal or civil case against KC, nor is BC an attorney of record for either party of the case (KC or the State?)
