Attorney Brad Conway To Release More Evidence In Anthony Case On 09/30/09

...and if the State didn't release it...how can BC? If anything was released it was released to JB...so what do we have going here "Puppet Theater"? If the State held something back...then JB didn't get it either, right?

That thought also just occurred to me, and I am hoping maybe one of our legal friends can explain??

If BC/CA/DC have conducted their own little investigation into Grund or Kronk, or anyone else for that matter, can they just "release" their allegations to the public through the media? Isn't that opening them up to a possible future civil case (slander maybe?) if their allegations prove to be unfounded (or even if they aren't?)???

To my knowledge, CA/GA are not a party to this criminal or civil case against KC, nor is BC an attorney of record for either party of the case (KC or the State?)

I work in the legal field and no BC shouldnt be releasing any information that could slander someone or else he is opening himself up for a lawsuit. It is NOT his responsibility to release any information that pertains to the criminal case against Casey. My guess is JB is in the middle of it and cant do it himself so he is using BC to do the dirty work for him. BC be careful, you are an attorney and know better.

Well, I think BC should be very careful. He's representing a couple that LE has been very patient with. I think they're gonna get tired of these theatrics pretty dang soon. Nothing like shutting someone up with an arrest warrant. Oh, and if he thinks that will seem like sour grapes..John Q. Public would probably care less. JMO

I fully expect whatever he releases tomorrow to be something that requires the public to be as clueless as his clients. Maggots on a pizza. The script ZFG gave KC. A picture of some little girl in Puerto Rico reading a book beside a woman someones aunt's brothers son called into the foundation as a tip.
Maybe they'll show us a little vial of clear fluid and try to pawn it off as genuine Anthony tears.
Paul B and Karla H's parents were so classy compared to these folks. How scary is that!!

So...IMHO...whatever he has to reveal is solely for entertainment value- the media will lap it up and be cranking out story after story. Not newsworthy mind you...but there will always be someone to buy it.

No you are correct about DC and who he worked for and when. The emails tell a very different story than the one that he just recently testified to in front of the judge while being questioned by ZG's attorney.

I think someone is going to be in a lot of trouble when all is said and done.

Me thinks that he received a phone call from CA this afternoon that contained many four letter words DEMANDING that as her attorney, he DO SOMETHING immediately to counter the release of these emails she engaged in that she did NOT think would ever become public!

I imagine she is pretty enraged right about now, especially if she has been reading this forum to gauge the reaction to this doc dump!!

Bolded by me......Maybe that's it! They finally got the revised, revised, final revision of the ZG script done and now they are ready to hand it over to prove that Casey really did have a script. Creative writing at it's finest!

Yep, we're still here and she's not chewing her gum like Bessie with her cud anymore. . . Although she would never admit it, as much as she hates us "bloggers" . . . she has responded to many of our observations!!
