Just one day after prosecutors released 1,000 pages of documents in the case against Casey Anthony, the Anthony family attorney released his own Wednesday.

Attorney Brad Conway made public what he called "new evidence." Conway said the new documents that he released raise new questions about the entire case.

The Anthonys' attorney held a news conference at his downtown office Wednesday and released new documents that the defense has just given to the Anthonys, which have not been released publicly through ongoing records requests.

Okay,the defense has released these documents to the parents/grandparents attorney,but just last week the SA made a request that the defense turn over evidence to the State that proved KC was innocent ,as they claimed at the hearing.
Have they turned that over yet? Or were they too busy preparing the documents for the Prisoner's Family ? Gotta keep our priorities straight here. :waitasec:

Whether it matches or doesn't match, I don't care. Didn't she borrow a roll at one point? I don't know. After a year and a half, this case has made my brain a puddle of edemaceous goop.

I've never believed Caylee was killed at home. I think it would make her detachment more difficult. As such, it would stand to reason that she'd have to get tape from elsewhere.

All that being said, we don't have these documents yet, and we have no way of knowing if there's a line conveniently left out. And if THIS is the best he can spin? Then the documents have to be pretty freakin' dull, I have to say.

Typical defense posturing. Find a death shroud of Caylee in the trunk--the defense and its arm pieces naturally have to combat it with...duct tape...Wow. We, the defense, continue to maintain that there was no such dead child in the trunk. It was pizza, squirrels and bamboo...cuz our client says so. And she is so credible whatever KC says goes. We are going to win this case by poking obscure holes in the mountain of evidence against our client. Same verse same is the first. Wake me up, defense, will you when you can explain away the mountain of evidence against your client without throwing yet another person or minute piece of evidence under the bus.

Anything to keep the guilty from having to accept punishment. Ridiculous. Wow. The tape on Caylee is not the same on the cans...those effin gas cans...so KC must be innocent. Please. If that is all they have...all they can ever hope to have...wow.

Someone please remind the A's/defense where Scott Peterson is and what will eventually happen to him...and the SA's office in that case had far less than in this case. Far less.

Get your daughter/client to fess up. Accept the fact that no one else did this. There was no accidental drowning. No nanny. No job. Plenty of guys though. Plenty of lies. Plenty of stealing. No conscience. No caring. Not even after the poor child is gone.

KC still doesn't care. You can't make her care. Getting her a mistrial won't wash the stink of decomposition off the car and the acts committed. Good luck. This defense team is better off saying it was an accident.

But ofcourse...why do that when there are so many other innocent...law abiding...non-stealing...non-liars to throw under the bus. All to save someone who matters in the human experience as bunch as a box of stale cereal.

The real victim in this case is still looking on...and it AMAZES me that people still think there won't be a day of true reckoning. Amazes me. No wonder KC had cold sweats. Night terrors.

Seriously, BC? That's the big reveal? "Duct tape on the gas can does not match duct tape found at the crime scene."? GMAB! I bet there are many things at that particular "crime scene" that do not match anything at the A home. Wake me up when you are going to go head to head with the whole "31 days" thing! Brad Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, held a news conference Wednesday and released even more documents -- documents he says punches a hole in the prosecution's case against Caylee Anthony.

Conway said the duct tape found at the crime scene does not match duct tape recovered from the Anthony home, and hair found on the duct tape does not belong to either Casey or Caylee Anthony.

What legal right does Brad have to release evidence that the State or the Defense have not released yet in a case that does not involve him in any way other than being an attorney to two witnesses who will testify in the trial of Casey Anthony?

Unless he is now a part of the defense team, I see no reason why he would be able to release evidence that neither side has released yet?
