All I can say is....I better not say I'll get into trouble.... :curses:

Some of the documents Conway referred to Wednesday, which they say raise questions about the evidence we’ve heard about so far, are old reports going back to the beginning of 2009. There are a lot of documents yet to be released, to both the public and the defense, and the FBI might still be conducting tests on some of the evidence at this point. :shakehead:

The Anthonys did not attend the news conference Wednesday. Their attorney said they wanted to seize the opportunity while there were questions out there to try to change public opinion. They admit the overwhelming public opinion right now is that Casey is guilty and they want her to get a fair trial. :bang:

I can't believe that BC continues to be a party all of this. His credibility has almost reached rock bottom IMO. They could have at least come up with something that was not already out there especially after saying that they were releasing things that had not already been released.

Some lawyer friend of BC's need to call him up and give him some free, friendly advice.

I thought this was supposed to be stuff that was not released. Am I crazy or is this stuff not from the doc dump yesterday?

I only read through the first few pages but I remember those emails from yesterday's reading.

Can anyone else weigh in on this and help me out?

I think it's new. I didn't see this yesterday..........

You are right.

Thanks. I reread the stuff released by BC and know for a fact that I read those first several emails yesterday. I have a pretty good memory for stuff like that. As for the forensic stuff, I can't say because I skimmed over most of it because I don't really understand it and besides.....it is boring. I felt like the emails and final report type stuff gave the just of the findings so......

And Andrea Lyons is ok with all these shenanigans???

They are working together - JB turned around and filed motion to drop DP and Murder charges against KC - they are all working together - they are all working together

A thousand pages of new information becomes 19 pages of old information already released.

Way to waste my day BC. Thanks for nothing!

Im a new poster here, Im from Scotland and wasnt aware of this tragic childs life until a few months ago. I have spent many a day and night catching up and reading hundreds of threads and posts regarding this sorry state of affairs. I have never in my life heard or read anything so blatently outrageous in my life.

What sparked my utter disbelief today was the claim that the hair on the duct tape found on Caylee didnt match her or her mother im I reading this right or do my eyes deceive me?

Welcome to Websleuths, angeldust

I know. What I don't get is how they can do that?

Is there a contract between KC and BC?

Is this like getting lawyers at a 2 for 1 sale?

Bet you BC's agreement with CA and GA includes payment if and only if KC's case is won by the defense. Otherwise, him inserting himself in the defense of KC is just not above board (maybe not even ethical or legal)

I guess I missed some documents. I don't remember these.

I also remember the emails and the description of going through their team to eliminate who the dna belonged to and finding out it was someone from another dept. . I also skim the technical stuff and go to conclusions.

It is very easy to miss stuff in a large doc dump though or misunderstand it.

So did they release this forensic report that shows the duct tape does not match?

It was a ploy to bring attention to those 19 pages since the other 1,000 pages contained very damaging and distracting info that reinforces the case against KC and the A's.

Per LittleBitty35, the Defense are basically saying "We are going to win this case by poking obscure holes in the mountain of evidence against our client."

Of interest....in looking at BC's "debut doc dump"...page 10 of 19 at this link http://www.cfnews13.com/uploadedFiles/Stories/Local/conwayrelease.pdf

While it mentions no match of like fibers of several pieces of duct tape from remains scene and A house Specimen Q66...BUT...IT DOES NOT SAY THAT THERE WAS NO MATCH WITH SPECIMEN Q65...WHICH, UNLESS I'M READING WRONG, APPEARS TO BE DUCT TAPE FROM THE A RESIDENCE. Wonder why they wouldn't test that? HMMMM....I'm sure they did which makes it even more interesting that it's not mentioned here!
Boy oh boy...the A clan think they're as slick as a can of oil...now don't they? (as my pawpaw used to say)LOL...it's not even close to over. IMO, they are trying to save face now, because they won't have an opportunity to later. Fortunately, the "general population", like us, have the ability to read AND comprehend to develop logical hypothesis unlike they do!

Well, a quick scan of Google News shows that this big bombshell evidence hasn't even made the first page. Hopefully that's a harbinger of good.

If you give me a link to the docs, I will scan through them real quick and find them for you.
