Attorney Gabriel Adam (Baez's Associate Counsel)

Also, on the teaser for WESH this afternoon I heard TB say something about the news media drinking Palmetto Bug Juice. Did anyone else hear that? They conveniently took it off the teaser :waitasec: Copy Cat! Kool aid tastes much better!

I just found today's TB press release - it is his WORST ONE YET!!!! And most laughable!!! It's a MUST READ for laughs. Several of the local stations here were talking about it, and how he won't let it drop. I'm going to go find the TB thread and post a link.

Says "CNN Released a complete fraud and stooped to the lowest low" among other hilarious, ungrammatical (is that a word?) third-person, Sr VP Of Press Corp Media spoutings.

He's gonna get sued by CNN if he doesn't retract that, I would think.

Gabriel A. has been involved with the case from the beginning.

July 17 - July 26, 2008
Records released by the Orange County jail Monday show Casey’s attorney, Jose Baez, visited his client seven times from July 17 – July 26, 2008. The records also show that on Thursday July 17, 2008 Gabriel A. visited Casey. The records list him as an attorney and he visited at the same time as Baez.

Sorry if this has been covered, but since most everything is recorded at the jail (phone calls, visitors, etc) do you think anything is recorded when the lawyers visit? I know that must be pretty much against the law or is it?

Not recorded due to attorney/client privilege.

He's just puppy chow! How can you have enough trial experience to represent someone facing the charges KC is facing? NOT. They need to find her attorney who has experience and can actually handle a defense.

ITA. AND ~ it would be in everyone's best interest if this person were a woman (and a mother).

Which person in the supporting cast of characters is the other lawyer from the recent motions hearing before the honorable Judge Strickland?? Who is the lawyer whom another poster referred to as "Facial Hair Guy." It was so amusing to me, that I cannot remember which one "facial hair guy" really is.

:help:
Thanks in Advance!!!:blowkiss:

I don't think so. When outgoing calls are made, an automatic message is given to the caller and the person called that this call is beieng monitored. When you call a lawyer's office, you don't get that message. I am not even sure that it is a collect call.

I've never heard of it not being collect...but different states handle their prison systems differently, so who the heck knows.:blowkiss:

They have to do far worse than act like idiots to get the case tossed for bad lawyering. I don't think the judge will allow it to go forth without a death penalty qualified attorney on the case.

To get off on bad lawyering, the lawyer has to do absoluely NOTHING - follow up on no leads, interview no people, make no statements and show up totally drunk or loaded. Sleeping is not even a good enough reason to get case overturned. You almost HAVE to try to fail to get it overturned.

I say Let Casey act as her own atty and get another attorney who is death penalty qualified to advise her - she, of course, will not take the advice.
