Was expecting a Tsunami but turns out it was just scattered showers. :)

In my opinion, this brief is just the script to MaM 2. Just like MaM 1, it is portrayed in a way to entertain the audiences. I have believed from long ago that this whole resurgence of SA's incarceration is more to do with how the television industry works. Sad, but true.

I am the opposite of a KZ fan however, I do concede that she is an intelligent woman. In my opinion she understands that neither RH, JR, AC or JL will ever be pursued as genuine suspects in the coverup and/or murder of Teresa Halbach. This is evident to me in the flimsy allegations levelled at them. I say flimsy because they can be easily discredited by the State. It would also go against everything she is supposed to be as an advocate for the innocent. I can't see her forsaking the freedom of these 4 men for one that has been forensically connected to the crime. She doesn't, however, seem to have a problem with tarnishing their reputation and that is why I find her actions to be wreckless and despicable. All just my opinion.

Right.
Are you ever taking into consideration Limaes, this " linked evidence " was planted?
Ever?
As far as RH & the rest of the crew,
Circumstantial evidence isn't unheard of, you know
when putting someone behind bars🙄

I wonder if all of Zellner's briefs in Ryan Fergusson's case were scripted for Dream Killer?

Camera's or no camera's..... it didn't make Ryan any more guilty, did it? Or LE and the prosecutor any less corrupt.

The explanation that a lot of people use in a case like this but I don't subscribe to is that when a person knows their guilty they will lie about things to justify why it's there. The suspect knows that he caused the damage to the car so he says it's been that way for months and that means he didn't do it.

Zellner doesn't have to be right about everything in her motion. She can win with only a fraction of evidence she is pursuing. It just has to be solid and not conjecture. JMO
Yes!
This first paragraph, can be applied to many scenarios in life.
(Thinking about those who rattle off answers to questions you never even asked, when they know they're busted🙄)

I do believe KZ has this in the bag

sealing that " airtight " seal

and calling it good👍

Right, and this is something I don't really recall discussing. The mixing of the blood. She said she has never heard of a case where blood of the victim and blood of the perp are found so closely together, yet not mixed. Interesting.
My friend,
You are right
WHY, have we not discussed this?

It seems ridiculous!
Seriously. " mixing of blood "
🙄

I think what some people need to remember is this is not K. Zellner's first rodeo. She is a seasoned attorney with around 17 exonerated cases under her belt. That's a very successful attorney at what she does, like her or not she brings it. And i do not think for a new york minute she would take on a case if she didn't believe the prisoner was innocent, and she is very confident in this case about what she is doing and what she has to prove her case to either get SA exonerated or a retrial JMO?

'Making a Murderer': New Filing Details How Steven Avery Was Framed

http://www.rollingstone.com/culture...even-averys-lawyer-says-he-was-framed-w436412
When all is said and done & Avery is released..There really are NO winners here.
😔
Not even sure I can convince myself Justice will be served if the real perp is exposed.
🤬🤬🤬 that he was throughout his earlier years, Steven Avery didn't deserve this.

Makes me sad to think that there are folks in this world who feel he did.

@ Limaes, Here you go for your perusal,

(Quote)

Wrongful Conviction Cases

There is no greater injustice than being accused and convicted of a serious crime that you did not commit. A false conviction is a disgrace that can have a far-reaching impact on victims, their families and their communities, and on our society as a whole.

If you or a loved one has been wrongfully convicted of a crime, you have the right to and the right to bring a civil lawsuit for damages. If you have questions that must be answered, seek the advice of an attorney who understands what you have been through and who can provide guidance on what to do now.
Representing Clients Wrongfully Charged With Murder And Other Crimes

At the Law Offices of Kathleen T. Zellner & Associates, we represent people whose civil rights have been violated in murder cases and other serious matters. For more than 20 years, our firm has been committed to fighting for justice — and seeing justice prevail — in federal and state courtrooms across the country. Equipped with extensive civil and criminal trial experience that includes numerous groundbreaking cases, we handle difficult matters involving:

Citizens who have been prosecuted for heinous crimes they did not commit
False arrest and false imprisonment
Coerced confessions and other fruits of police misconduct
Recanted testimony of witnesses
The false reporting of results of scientific testing
Pivotal DNA evidence that has established the innocence of wrongfully convicted people
Evidence that was improperly collected or handled
People who have been behind bars for years

An Unequaled Track Record

As of February 2014, attorney Kathleen T. Zellner has won the exoneration of 16 wrongfully imprisoned men. No private attorney in the United States has successfully fought for the release of more wrongfully convicted individuals. In addition, Ms. Zellner won the highest-ever wrongful conviction verdict in the United States, based on per-month compensation.

Had the first Varsity football game of the night last night and now 4 football scrimmages for the younger guy today. I can try to help later if I decide to not go to the damn football party. Football is like a religion in this town....lol

I know the head minion is awake...LOL

Sorry, Zerbert and I both did not complete our assignments.

Anyway, does anyone have JR's statement to LE handy???

I have a theory and I think I know where KZ is going with all of this, just need to double check that statement.

That would be great Angela. I started the assignment last night, but then got too tired. There are alot of repeat numbers. I will finish a list without the duplicates sometime today. Then the sleuthing can begin.

I agree. No one deserves to be locked away for the rest of their life or many years to take the fall for the real perpetrator/s who are still out there walking free. There are and have been many innocent people locked away in prison that are innocent. It's nothing new. That is not justice for anyone.

Found it! CASO reports, page 79. RADANDT indicates he remembers it being right after 4:30 because he had had an employee that had just come to work to take another employee's shift at 4:30 pm.

You might ask why that is significant. Well, according to KZ, TH had left the Avery property and was pinging off the Whitelaw cell tower. We know RH lied about the damage to the car. Why is that significant. A women sees TH taking pictures near Valders of a cow.

Well, here is my theory. The employee got into an accident with TH, the employee calls JR and goes back to the quarry to get JR. TH hangs around taking pictures of the cows while she waits for them to get back. Well, in the meantime JR needs to get that truckload to its destination, so he calls in another driver to take the load. JR and the employee involved in the accident meet with TH and have TH drive back to the quarry on the premise that they will get it fixed by buying a new one from Avery. Instead things go south from there.

The employee and JR and the ones seen by PS by the quarry the day the car was found.

Interesting. I had wondered if TH was run off the road or got into a minor accident. Hmm..

I meant to ask you BigCityAccountant, when you mention they say to TH they will get her a new one from the Avery place, did you mean a new car part to fix the damage to her vehicle? Or did you mean a new car?
