Hi Rocket, I can't speak for Mishy, but I can tell you why I agree so strongly with the drug related scenario... local to the area, hearing stuff that's how I came up with my similar theory... unfortunately.

Its a mimco bag she had. Not a Surat bag. Surat is a small town where she was last seen officially.

She could have had any sort of Mimco brand bag, from years ago to a current style, so the website to handbags doesnt help narrow anything down.


I did notice though that TN is now selling a ute on Marketplace.
So far he has had 3 things for sale since Feb 4th. One would have thought that selling expensive things on marketplace just days and weeks after your gf goes missing, would be the last thing on ones mind.

Couldn't it just be that he's trying to make some extra money selling his stuff now that Tayla's source of income is not there?

I'm sure police are monitoring things, especially in case he decides to sell some of Tayla's stuff.

So he put his trailbike up 2 days after she went missing (which he then quickly took down) and he was just trying to make some money???

So here's a few pics of Yuleba Creek... it is 45 min NE or Surat via the short cut from surat... or 1 hour by the hwy... it's an abandoned locality with a hall, derelict picnic area, a school and one old house left, the other one was burned down about a year ago... about 2km after here is a hill where you suddenly get 2 bars of phone service after nothing... and then you go back to nothing... creepy

I saw on a current affair that she visited friends in Surat “before” being seen on cctv. If that is true, the direction she drove from Condamine down to Surat and past the cob and co to then leave Surat in the opposite direction, would mean she visited them on or around the street as you enter Surat. She was seen on cctv a street or two a, leaving.

I’m also very interested in the footage outside Cobb and co, is anyone 100% sure she is alone in the car. I’ve gone through that video countless times and can see through the back window and back left side window (light). But there is a very dark figure that obstructs the light. It’s very hard to make out as the windows are closed.it does sway and light appears visible in different sections. I thought this may be that big bag she took from the hotel, but I’m not sure if she left that at the friends or that was it in the back seat . But I feel as if there was somebody sitting in the back as she was driving through Surat.

They claim she saw friends in Surat, who drives 3 hours to a small town to see friends for (15 minutes at most) not to return, but rather drive away into the opposite direction from home. I don’t feel as if this was a visit for lunch or a day out. It seems like a planned stop and go visit considering the length of drive. I would want to rest my legs after 3 hours of driving , not hang out at a mates for 15 minutes and then leave.

I'm a bit confused.
Do we know for sure what she does for work? I may have missed it, but I only saw a mention of previously being an event planner. Is she still in that business? What did she have on that weekend in Dalby? The info seem very vague.

The timeline fits well with the sightings: from Dalby 8am she drives 2h45min roughly to Surat (she was seen at 11.10am), maybe stops for food/toilet/fuel etc, then 45-50 mins to Yuleba (her phone pinged there at 12.13am).
The question is why was she going towards Yuleba instead of straight to Roma from Surat?

The fact that it was the last ping and went dark after that and the fact that the car has not been found, makes me worry about the usual "person+car in body of water".
From what I can see on Google Maps there's a lot of state forest in the area, and a few bodies of water, one of which (The Maryanne dam) in Yuleba south looks very close to the road. Not sure if the dam is full and how deep it is at this time of the year though.

What if that Dam was the "lake" that was mentioned ; it's only 4km from the mobile tower. Maybe she left her phone there; never took it to Surat, and that's why it pinged here at 12.13pm.

Hopefully police have serched the yuleba surat road... including that dam... Also her phone pings there after she left surat. I think it would be very difficult to hide a white car in a dam out here. They aren't huge deep bodies of water like on the coast because they are usually dug or dammed creeks. They would have seen it from the chopper...

The second dam that was mentioned in a statement is apparently from broadwater, which is half hour out of dalby along the moonie hwy, given times and security camera evidence, I don't think she drove out the moonie.

Here's my theory after having an ear out... no offense intended...

Firstly... the solid evidence, why whould you go through condy to get to surat from dalby, then go on to roma?? It's a long long way around... the video evidence shows she was seen fueling up in condy, then made it on time to surat where she "met with friends", turning to go south of surat, and her phone pings 1 hour east of surat.

This is my theory. So could it be possible Tayla was doing some "deliveries" for "somebody she knows", hence the big bag, the stay in a motel in dalby with her "partner" when he lives in dalby. She drove out to the reserve to meet with "friends" ... possibly customers. The sale went wrong. They whacked her or similar and put her in the back of her ute. They then head north towards roma in her ute. They take the yuleba-surat road. There's no phone service along there. They get to yuleba creek (1 hour east of surat) where there's suddenly enough service to make a sketchy phone call and suddenly messages come through on her phone. They hear it and themselves and chuck the phone out the window. They then travel along the condy hwy, where you might be lucky to pass 2 vehicles, take yullibilla then head down riverglen to avoid the bridge cameras at condy, back through to tara/kumbarilla/wieambilla area, where as we know, bad things happen. And there's plenty of places to disappear a ute there... hence why nobody has found her or the ute...

My theory is driving me mad because there's no way of knowing if it's right or wrong...

It's only a theory, given that there are no dams large enough out here to drive a white car into for it to not be visible from the air....
And yes, hence how I thought, since they didn't find it, it could be hidden in a shed on a "block"... or yeah, like you said, if they could access a large enough end loader, burried.

Wouldn't be difficult to have driven it anywhere off the main national hwys, since she wasn't reported missing for 5 days, and you can drive some of these roads for 100km and never pass another vehicle in a sunday.

Remember, it's more than a white car. It's a white double cab Toyota Helix truck, which is much larger than a car, so even more visible. Where is that truck?

The family have already said the dam on Yuleba Surat Road has been thoroughly searched.

I dont discount anything in relation to the other lake whereby witnesses saw 2 men - as per above
