Another entitled man and a defiant woman who needed to be put in her place.

Domestic related? To torch the grandmothers house?where do the oldies sleep now?

I’ll best hold my tongue until I know the full story. What’s up with our men folk eh?

Disgusting. Brothers in arms when it comes to threatening the lives and safety of two women, a man and two children, all because allegedly their other mate had a bit of a break up? Sickening.

My thoughts are the parents were supporting her in her decision and he resented them, especially the father stood up for them and that’s why he copped the hiding. Also I’m thinking her mum went along to protect her daughter and the grandchildren, very brave of her.
This entitled man resented her family’s support and that’s why he took his ‘chattels’ back home to where they ‘belonged’.
Dad stood in their way and is lucky to be alive.
IMO this dangerous lot should be locked up for a bloody long time.

The grandmother became emotional as she recounted the hours the family were allegedly held in the house.

“This happened before 6am and we didn’t get out of there until maybe 10.10am,” she said.

“He wouldn’t let us go and he wouldn’t let us get help (for my partner).

“That was a terrible, terrible four hours, you’ve got no idea, especially when he was so ill, so hurt.

“God, he must have one of the thickest heads. You got no idea. God and the angels were there, I tell you, they were there.”
