Australia AUSTRALIA - 4YO AUGUST (GUS) Missing from rural family home in Outback, Yunta, South Australia, 27th Sept 2025

The National Park seems the most likely place IMO.

Just wondering if it was an accident like some are saying, would LE claim it a major crime and say "suspect"? Seem there is currently only 1 suspect, then it's likely it was intentional harm imo

LE seized a motorbike, vehicle and electronic devices. Is that drone picture of someone on the motorbike, the motorbike they seized I wonder.

Yes, they would say suspect. If someone committed involuntary manslaughter. They are obviously trying to avoid saying a name. Not sure why. They have pretty much zeroed in on one person, with their hints.

imo

Gus's grandparent Josie Murray is understood to have hired top Adelaide criminal lawyer Andrew Ey, while the youngster's grandmother Shannon Murray is being represented by prominent city defence lawyer Casey Isaacs.”

Both grandparents have engaged lawyers.

AI software with drone imaging, omg. Thousands of sheep, goats, kangaroo. Each represented with a different color. Even one human being on a motorbike. Stunning.
Is this drone footage available to the public? If so, do you have a link please?

MODNOTE: As a reminder, the grandparents names are Josie and Shannon. Please refer to them as JM or SM or by their first names for ease of identification.

Please don't go off topic. It helps no one.

Very relieved progress has been made in getting Gus his justice.
I think we need to throw away the whole family story and stop treating it as fact.
I and others here have always believed there was a single member of that household coercing the rest of them into what the story was.
I feel an accident is the likely cause of death still. The obvious place would be the big excavation near the tiny house. He could have slipped and fell or was attempting to climb the ladder down and fell.
I feel like Shannon cracking with police interviews was how this case would progress. It was seen in the gun confrontation with the journalist that she was just brushed aside by Josie. It was a telling public sign of who's boss and who controls the family.
So I think Shannon has likely cracked at questions by police and come clean.
I think an arrest will come soon as the police have made it clear there are only 2 people that this person could be and they wouldn't have said it publicly if it compromised any evidence and/or basically accuse them of a major crime without an arrest coming is highly unlikely.

I don't think this was an accident at all. I think a certain someone lost their temper.

With the police saying it was possible that Gus was on the property still when the police arrived, it is also possible that someone (else - besides one person) was involved in a cover up.

Remembering that the police also say that Gus' parents are in the clear.

imo

When asked by the media if Gus could have been on the station when police were there initially, Superintendent Fielke said:
"Possibly, police were on scene quite quickly, quickly when they were advised Gus was missing, yes, there was some time in between but it's possible."

BBM. I'm not sure what you mean--but there's this:

[Det Supt Fielke] confirmed family members were the only people on the Oak Park Station property at the time of Gus Lamont's disappearance.

Yes, I think we can safely leave little Ronnie out of the equation. He'd be a toddler by now, I think, I do hope he's being properly looked after.

Gus Lamont’s grandparents Josie Murray and Shannon Murray engage lawyers amid major crime investigation

The two grandparents of Gus Lamont who were at the family’s remote station when the young boy disappeared have engaged high-profile lawyers.

Two members of Gus Lamont’s family have hired separate lawyers to represent them, as SA Police on Thursday revealed they believe the young boy was most likely killed – either accidentally or deliberately – by someone he knew.”

I'm of the opinion that Gus died under Shannon's care while Josie and Jessica were working on the station elsewhere.

When Josie and Jessica came back. Shannon has told Josie in private what happened. This would prove that Jessica never knew about what actually happened.

How could the baby die under Josie's care without Jessica knowing?

Both grandparents called the police for the initial search.
When the police left, Josie moved the body elsewhere while shannon was at home with Jessica.

Most impressive! SAPOL has been incredibly thorough in their investigation.

Surely they would have moved him where they wanted him before calling police.
