Australia Australia - Allecha Boyd, 27, Wagga Wagga, NSW, 10 Aug 2017 *Arrest*

I wonder if Tracy King will be able to hold out about the location of Allecha's body?.. It might go a bit easier for her, Dr S, if she coughs up that particular aspect of this crime. It could pay off for her down the line.

I really hope she does Troop!!

Trooper you are so correct I live in a similar sized town close to coolamon and you are correct most of the town would know everything about Shepherds and king

Miss King is up for court today, I am on the road, but I will be checking in every now and then.

Dr. S! maybe a Perry Mason moment, when suddenly the poor dill in the witness box breaks down and confesses everything.

thanks for that headsup, Sleuthy… I had that date from last years court calendar...

I cant bring up anything in the Wagga Circuit Court until 18th March, so I am assuming she is still bumbling around in the Magistrate Court level? not gone up to County or Supreme as yet? still, accessory to murder, big charge, …

I will tune in late tomorrow, another road day, thankgod no where near Wagga, or Dubbo, or West Wyalong…. the circle of hell , in my opinion!!..

and still no mention on the court website of whom her representative is, so perhaps she is still at the point of roping in one of the duty solicitors for this mention. Which, by default, means that it most likely will go to another mention.

Such a slow process, ambling along, nothing further in the matter of Hagen or Shephard... what a life, ey?

no wonder they call you Dr Sleuth, Sleuthy. I couldn't find him anywhere!. Up for grabs what his sentence will be. Your thoughts?.. if he took money or/and drugs to do it, could be a long sentence.

Then there is the matter of the body. No location for the body, no parole, E.V.E.R.. NSW law.

Someone has to blab , sometime.

No real sleuthing, just looked at the court lists!

Considering he hasn't give up where Allecha's body is ( well he did but they didn't find her--- but she may have been moved??) , I hope he gets a hefty sentence...............as he should.

Charge downgraded

hefty to the max, Dr. S... also, I had forgotten that he tried to carry on as if he was going to shoot himself, that he actually gave himself up in a panic, which doesn't bode well for his mental health. There isn't a lot of treatment for those kind of issues in remand, and certainly not when he cops his sentence.

And your webclip reminded me that Hagen is being sentenced out of the Sydney Supreme Court, not on the Circuit Court out of Wagga, again, thanks for that headsup, too.

Shephard is still on the Wagga Circuit, I THINK!.. I've been wrong 3 times in a row now. Hit the trifecta, going for the quaddy.

Hagen's story is implausible, but if it is true, then another crime has been committed, and by whom?

Hagen said he buried the body in a shallow grave in Lester Nat. Park, where he burned the car, too. He says. Police and forensics dug all around, and found no body, and I bet the journey back to Sydney in the back of the divvy wagon was most unpleasant for young Hagen, those coppers would have been mighty cranky , toiling under the hot sun for nothing.

But say it's true. Say that Hagen did exactly that, and say it happened like he said, 'someone has come along and dug the body up and reburied it somewhere'. Who would do that?

It would have to be someone who knew where the body was originally. This points directly to Shephard, who was instructing Hagen during this process. Shephard and who else? Probably Tracy King. How many are in the circle of knowledge?

Such a sad and vicious sudden ridiculous stupid back country murder, with hardly any logic or sense in it, a crazed lashing out about trivial sums of money from people way down the bottom of the totem pole of drug manufacture and dispersal, people with a conflated idea of their own importance, and no recognition of their over all invalidity.

A scrabblers murder.

What a joke :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: Just following orders................:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Anthony Shane Hagan, who admitted to helping dig a grave for the body of murdered woman Allecha Boyd will be eligible for release as early as next year, after being sentenced in Wagga Supreme Court today.

That is so wrong, DR S.. particularly as the body of Allecha is still missing.
This whole event is wrong , dodgy and peculiar , even for Wagga Wagga, I cant come to grips with any of it..

Some rumours about young boy , whose body was found on the roadside, not on the road to Coolamon but on the road going south west of town, a few months ago, no one can figure out how he died, but there he is, dead , 14 yrs of age . And the story is, he had been staying with Hagen , at some stage, last year, …
