In case ur interested, that clip was sent to "Eyes For Lies" its a site where they analyse body language. They said they couldnt actually tell much from that clip, but they were rather concerned with the photos of GBC after Allisons body was discovered. I forget the exact wording, but they definitely had red flags. This person ( not sure if they are male or female? ) has observed lots of people in situations like this - and gets it right pretty much all the time.

Anyway, from what they said, Im guessing his little acting debut wasnt conclusive either way???
That's how I read it too... that it was inconclusive.

Not sure how 'professional' the person doing is or if the claim to 'getting it right much of the time' is a self proclaimed one or not. Hard to tell what someone's credentials are on some web sites.

Here in the States, when you list a house you are on a contract with your agent. It's usually a 6 month contract. Is it like that in Australia as well? If there is a contract, I wonder how hard they are to break?

The terms vary, 6 months is on the long side. Exclusives can be from as little as a month to ave three months.

IMO Gerard's guilty.

Chances of the gutless *** confessing - slim to none, or he would have, by now.
A previous poster said when this goes to court he doesn't even have to take the stand.
Sorry for my ignorance, but when he is arrested, does he have to make a statement, or can he stay silent?
So basically ' I did it; you didn't see me do it; prove it'.

When I looked at the century 21 website a week or two ago, there were quite a few listings in Anstead from memory. I noticed this because of the now significance of Anstead. Now there are none. Probably nothing in it, just interesting.

Only 4 sales listings...and 7 rental properties.
Very little compared to a month ago.
I feel sorry for the poor tenant who only just leased their office at the Century 21 address. Not good Feng shui.

There is a contract but the time period is negotiated I believe. But no doubt there would be an out clause if the agent couldn't perform their duties.

No , he can remain silent forever. Proving it is what the QPS is doing now. They will need a strong case, unless he confesses.

There were 12 listings last week; down to 4?? A poster had a friend with a property up for sale with Century 21 Westside - they were contacted and told they could no longer look after the sale. Heresay, but it does appear to look like they are winding things up?

Re the funeral, it was me.
I asked a very close friend who was there if she noticed a lady with dark shoulder length hair. She said there was a lady, with 2 ladies of similar age sitting either side. Apparently this lady caught my friends attention as she just sat there "stone faced and emotionless" Initially I thought she said she was seated in the 2nd row behind the BDC's.But I misheard, this lady was sitting near back of church. My friend was with an older lady who pointed out that this was the mistress. The 3 little girls acknowledged this lady. I asked Greg if he could confirm this as he was there also. He was unable to confirm.

Just been searching some of the funeral pics to see if anyone resembling TM was in the crowd......to no avail.

I feel sorry for the landlord of GBC's house, that house is going to be hard to rent out or sell after.

I would love to take to him with a cattle prod... very wrong, I know; barbaric - but look what happened to Allison : (

And it didn't get by me unnoticed either. :kimsterwink:

Let's get back on topic. No more spelling/grammar posts please. Discuss the case.

Stay on topic.

Don't criticize each other. Follow the rules. Don't worry, be happy. :rocker:

So does anyone think ABC was ok about these alleged multiple affairs and just accepted that things in the marriage were sliding beyond her control or was the separation a trial with the hope that things were going to be returning to marital relationship once differences were worked out.

No..I am one of the group who does not think she thought it was ok....I didn't know Allison, but I feel she could not possibly have been a woman to grudgingly accept this life based on what we have heard about her? she has been described by so many who loved her over the last month or so, and not once did I ever get the feeling she would be accepting of this. It seems she had a lot of wonderful qualities, and being a motivated driven and passionate woman was one of them. I also believe she had pride from what I have read, and would maybe have soldiered on for outward appearances, but I don't believe she just gave up either, I think she would have fought tooth and nail if she thought it was worth it, and would have called for a divorce if not (IMO, that is where she was at when she was murdered) it goes without saying that even a woman such as she has been described can often be trodden down, feel doubtful about who she is, and lose confidence very quickly as a result of an affair. but I still dont think she would have succumbed to a life like that
