I've got a few photos on my computer - a couple with the basket of clothes showing what looks like either a birthmarl or a scab near the elbow, and a lump on the other arm. There could be some faint red marks as well.

Then there is one where he is in a car on the mobile phone - photo taken through the window. I darkened the pic slightly and you can see a welt on his face going down from his right eye, like a very deep scratch which has caused it to thicken, plus on one hand and near the wrist you can see lots of red marks, on the top of the hand and wrist. Looks to me the type of marks you'd get if someone had grabbed your hands and was trying to pull on them or something like that. But I can't post them unless i get them hosted, I might try to work out how to do that but might not be tonight.

Re the hairdressers - the person who posted this said the salon was in Kenmore Tavern Plaza. I can't remember a hairdresser there, I remember thinking this when it was mentioned - unless there is one along the side opposite Maccas?

Thanks itsthevibe; I thought I was just reading things into the picture; mind working overtime - but it definitely looked like someone had grabbed his arm so tight. What would he have been doing? Why would someone have so tight a grip on his arm to cause whelts like that? It gave me chills...

Then we heard the 'love tap' rumour...I would prefer that to strangulation.

That doesn't surprise me, as my personal 'theory' involves 2 seniors & 1 junior family members, 1 close, possibly romantically involved 'friend' of the junior's and a hired hitman. << Possibly with 'some' rough 'n tough Rhodesian / Zimbabwean blood and/or association of sorts. :what:

I also suspect that Allison may possibly have been called to fetch or even just visit one of her 3 daughters on their sleepover at the seniors' nearby home, under the pretence that one of them had awoken to a nightmare of sorts and was requesting her Mom asap. That would've been an ideal means to ensure having Allison alone in her car, driving in a very specific direction, relatively late on thee fateful night.

Have you checked it out... there are definitely marks on his arms, but the shape of those whelts.....

I can't see any whelts...to me it just looks like the indentation of his ligaments/muscles??

Not knowing the man personally all I can state is his CV looks pretty impressive, and he has been a councillor for over 30 years, so I guess most people like him and he must have many contacts.
Not sure why his blog upsets you, I have no idea if his assumptions are correct or not

if the rumour is correct (i think i believe it) re allisons hair apt at 7pm and the police timeline re her body dumping possibility of 8pm, does that mean that between 7pm and 8pm were the last time anybody saw or heard from allison alive except gerard?
also if you were to kill someone what would be the significance of the time you gave police of your last sighting of victim?
was 10pm the time given because that would fit in with forensics approx time of death if the body was ever found, and not implicate you because you already stated you didnt see her after 10?
was she killed just after 10pm around the time of the loud argument and the rest of the time spent disposing of her and cleaning up and getting alibis sorted, checking the computer etc?
if it was an accidental death a normal person would call an ambulance, gerard seems normal, just an average person,not a psychopath, if he did it accidentally why didnt he call an ambulance?
it would take nerves of steel for an average person to hide a crime like this, so im wondering if it was pre planned

If you wanted to establish an alibi then I think you could change times etc in your initial conversations with the police i.e wife is killed by travelling salesman husband at around 9 am, husband leaves the house as usually at 7am and ensures neighbours sees him to establish he left for work, somebody sees wife at 8.50 and tells police this, husband says can't have been me I left for work at 7am.

In this case my thoughts are that the "Footy Show" has been on television for a number of year at 9.30 on a Thursday night during the football season, it is something that would easy to remember if you were making up a story. Ten o'clock the show would surely be started and no were near finished, so I think if it was fabricated it was a quick choice and nothing more.

No sorry have known lots and lots of them and they are just like us. Can be a bit more intense from trauma in the homeland but people that got out when the BCs did should be healed by now unless they are grasping at a memory of chaos. Still hate the skulls.

If I had a magic wand or the ear of the QPS or even just half an hour in that incident room this is what I would like to know:

1. Movements of ABC, GBC, BC snrs and children on the afternoon and evening of the 19th

2. time of arrival home of GBC and ABC

3. usual routine in family home i.e was GBC living there all the time.

4. some clue on the roundabout

5. some info on the financial problems and on the "girlfriends"

Not much to ask and if it happens I promise to share!!

His alibi is a simple one , the more simple the story the less you can find fault in it , ..... Went to bed at 10 she was watching tv , woke up in the morning and she was gone ..... Between those two I was staring at my eye lids , alibi sorted ... Or is it ?

I know a few "zimbos" as they like to call themselves and they are a fierce bunch , don't cross them ..... This case is evidence of that.

Can you post the car pic, that is the one something I hadnt noticed was pointed out.
